Many people are interested in building up muscles. While making muscles, they can have both balanced body and strengthen the immune system by exercising. But, also have some negetive effects.
My friends who want to intensify their power usually go to the health club together, and push the heavy weights. One day, a student went to see a doctor in order to checkup his height. Doctor seriously diagnosed to stop exercising which is for building up muscles, and do some jumping rope everyday if he wants to be more taller than before. Because, he did too much amount of muscular exercise which disturbs growing up until our growth hormone is secrete.
I could realize that we should build our muscles up after oir heights are stopped. Of course, too much amount is harmful for us.
