일반 국민들과 대표들의 삶은 어떤 차이가 날까?
대표는 내가 이 사람들을 이끌기 위해서 노력하는 사람이다.
반면에 이 사람들을 이용해서 내가 잘되길 바란다면
대표 자격이 없는 사람이 대표짓을 하고 있는 것이다.

그래서 높은 이름을 받았다면,
이것이 장점과 단점이 있는데 내주위 사람들에게
아픔이 오는 것을 돌보지 못하면 자연으로부터
내가 두들겨 맞아야 하는 것이다.

그래서 대표직함과 사회 상류층들이
앞으로 엄청나게 어려움이 오는데 내 말대로 안 한다고 아랫사람을 혼을 내고,성내고,이렇게 한 것들이
잘못된 방법이면 결국 나에게 돌아 오는 것이다.

어떻게 올까?
내 고집으로 자식을 이끌었다면 내가 아픔이 오고,
전문의들이 아파오고,지도자들이 곤욕을 치르고,
사장이나 대표들이 어려움이 오고 이런 것이다.

왜 이런 아픔을 줄까?
당신이 이끄는 방법이 바르게 이끌고 있는가?
이것을 돌이켜 보라고 이런 아픔을 주는 것이다.
즉 남의 우두머리 짓을 할 때는 대접을 받으니까
좋지만 그 역활을 잘해줘야 하는 것이다.

그래서 사장의 역활을 못하고
사장님 소리를 계속 듣고 있다면 이 에너지가 쌓인다.
나의 아랫사람을 바르게 이끌지 못하고 사장님 자리를 계속 유지하고 있다면 그자리에서 물러 나라고
하늘에서 너의 몸을 치는 것이다.

When you are given a higher title or position, it comes with both privileges and responsibilities.
If you fail to recognize and care for the pain of those around you, eventually nature will hold you accountable.

This is why business owners, leaders, professionals, and people in positions of influence may face serious difficulties.

If you scold those beneath you simply because they do not obey you, lose your temper with them, or insist on leading everything your own way, and that way of leading is wrong, those consequences will eventually return to you.

How might they return?

If you stubbornly tried to control your children, suffering may come back to you.
Professionals may become ill.
Leaders may face hardship and humiliation.
Business owners and executives may encounter serious difficulties.

Why does such suffering come?

It comes as a question:

“Are you truly leading people in the right way?”

The hardship is an opportunity to look back and examine how you have been leading others.

Being the head of others may feel good because people respect you and call you “Boss.”
But once you accept that position, you must fulfill the responsibility that comes with it.

If you continue to be called “Boss” without fulfilling the role of a true leader, that energy continues to accumulate.

If you remain in the position of a boss while failing to guide the people under you properly, Heaven may strike your body as a warning that it is time to step down from that position.

Por eso, los empresarios, los dirigentes y quienes ocupan posiciones importantes en la sociedad pueden llegar a enfrentar grandes dificultades.

La dificultad llega para que revises y reflexiones sobre tu manera de liderar.

Pero si ocupas ese lugar, también debes cumplir correctamente con la responsabilidad que ese lugar exige.

Si sigues escuchando que te llaman “jefe” sin cumplir verdaderamente con el papel de un jefe, esa energía continúa acumulándose.

Si permaneces en esa posición sin saber guiar correctamente a las personas que están bajo tu responsabilidad, el Cielo puede golpear tu cuerpo para decirte:

“Si no puedes cumplir con la responsabilidad de ese lugar, debes dejar ese puesto.”
