That a maiden there lived whom you may know

By the name of Annabel Lee;

I and my Annabel Lee—

With a love that the wingèd seraphs of Heaven

Coveted her and me.

And this was the reason that, long ago,

A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling

아주 옛날

그래서 하늘위 천사들도

바다밑 악마들도

내 영혼을 아름다운 애너벨 리의 영혼으로부터

떼어낼 수 없었습니다.

내가 아름다운 애너벨 리의 꿈을 꿀 때만

달도 빛을 비췄고

내가 아름다운 애너벨 리의 빛나는 눈을 느낄 때만

별들도 떠올랐지요.
