<p>“I can do nothing on My own. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of Him who sent Me.”</p><p> </p><p>The Father God has given everything to the Son. Jesus said that He can do nothing on His own—because the Father has shown Him everything and made Him hear everything.</p><p>Jesus speaks and does only what the Father has shown and told Him. That is why He said, <b>"I can do nothing on My own."</b></p><p> </p><p>If we are to be justified by faith, we must live according to the will of the Father. This means denying ourselves and taking up our cross.</p><p> </p><p>The one who follows the will of the One who sent him - who follows God’s will - is righteous.
