For each submitted application that are filed, there are substantial amount of documents that needs to be provided to the Patent Office of applicaton country. therefore, it required the preciseness and meticulousness due to complexity of procedures.

저는 삼성 해외출원을 필요한 서류와Orderletter를 꼼꼼히 준비하여 각각의 해외대리인 측에 출원요청을 하였습니다.

또한, 출원 이후 특허 등록이 될 때까지 절차상 필요한 서류들의 종류와 제출기한 등 전반적인 관리를 하였으며, 해외 대리인 측과 상호간 필요한 부분과 진행상황을 팩스나 이메일로 서신을 주고 받았고, 삼성전기 지적 재산팀 과 지속적으로 협력하여 진행이 원활히 이루어 질 수 있도록 하였습니다.

Moreover, after the application is filed, I supervised all the forms that is necessary for the process due dates, and general administration until it is registration of the application.

I corresponded with international agency by faxes or e-mails to inform the status of process and necessities. And I was able to continually cooperate with 삼성지적재산팀 to advance the procedure smoothly.

I carefully prepared the required documents and order letters of Samsung Application, and requested for the application to each international agency.
After the application is filed, I supervised all the forms that is necessary for the process and general administration until the registration is terminated. 000 is your job title, and the position of "adv." would be better before verb.
And I am not sure the name of 삼성지적재산팀, but 지적재산 is intellectual property.
Also, in the last part the word "And" is not formal in written document, so I changed it "In conjunction with~~."
There might be better words of "삼성 해외출원" to solidify the meaning, not just Samsung application.
