To the appointed workers and saints throughout the nation,

I am notifying the appointed workers and saints once again.

1. Whatever it may be, appointed workers must follow the structural (hierarchical) order and obtain approval from the Chairman [before] carrying it out.

2. I don’t even eat things such as wild ginseng due to [my] blood pressure. Why do you collect money and do things I didn’t tell you to do? Don’t do it. It doesn’t matter (It’s okay) if individuals want to [give] things such as Gonjin-dan (traditional herbal medicine) and meat on their own. However, using the church funds or collecting money to do so is absolutely prohibited. Inciting and raising money that isn’t done voluntarily by individuals become actions that feed me wickedness.

3. When collecting money from the saints, it cannot be done without my consent. When requesting money that I did not consent, I must be notified. No matter what event, wedding, or death, money cannot be raised (collected) and given. [However], giving it voluntarily doesn’t matter (is okay).

★Please don’t interfere with the path of the way of truth that I am walking on. Actions of getting an innocent person into trouble by [relying on] one’s own speculation on something that is uncertain without alerting me must not be done.
