3) 누가 아벨이고 누가 가인인가 - 5

아벨은 어떤 사람이냐? 어떤 환경에서도 좋아하는 사람입니다. 좋아하는데 누가 먼저 좋아하느냐? 하나님이 먼저 좋아하고 그 환경에서 좋아해야 됩니다. 이와 같은 내용을 두고 볼 때, 아담 해와의 가정에서 아벨이 책임을 다하지 못했다는 것을 알 수 있는 것입니다. 

두 사람이 서로 원수와 같은 감정을 갖고 참을 수 없어서 대결하는 입장이라 하였을 때 어떠한 사람이 남아지느냐? 여기에서는 복수를 하는 것이 철칙이 아닙니다.

그 복수의 이면에 하나의 조건, 즉 용서할 수 있는 아량이 있다면 복수라는 것이 성립되지 않습니다. 보다 나은 것 앞에는 보다 덜한 것이 흡수되는 것입니다. 여기서 어느 것이 주체고 어느 것이 대상이냐? 보다 나은 것이 주체요, 보다 덜한 것이 대상입니다. 

그러면 여러분이 좋은 사람이 되겠다고 하는 그 사람은 어떠한 사람이냐? 절대자이신 하나님 앞에 절대적인 기준을 세운 사람입니다.

그 절대적 기준에는 세계도 포함되고 국가와 민족 그리고 사회의 모든 제도와 이념이 포함되는 것입니다. 그래야 된다는 겁니다. 그럴 수 있는 절대적인 환경을 갖추어야 됩니다. 어떠한 사회, 어떠한 제도권 내에서도 나 자신이 줄 수 있는 아량을 가진 존재가 되어야 합니다. (34-233)

3) 誰がアベルで誰がカインか - 5

アベルとはどんな人ですか？　どんな環境でも喜ぶ人です。喜ぶのに誰がまず喜ぶのでしょうか？　神様がまず喜び、その環境で喜ばなければなりません。これと同じ内容を見るとき、アダム・エバの家庭でアベルが責任を果たせなかったということを知ることができます。

二人の人が互いに怨讐と同じ感情をもって耐えられずに対決する位置にいるとき、どちらの人が残るでしょうか？　ここでは復讐をするのが鉄則ではありません。その復讐の裏面に一つの条件、すなわち許すことができる雅量があれば復讐は成立しません。

より勝るものの前にはより劣るものが吸収されるのです。ここでどちらが主体でどちらが対象でしょうか？　より勝るものが主体で、より劣るものが対象です。

それでは、皆さんが良い人になろうとするその人はどんな人でしょうか？　絶対者であられる神様の前に絶対的基準を立てる人です。その絶対的基準には世界も含まれ、国家と民族、そして社会のすべての制度と理念が含まれるのです。そうでなければならないのです。

そうすることができる絶対的環境を備えなければなりません。どんな社会、どんな制度の中でも、自分自身が与えることができる雅量をもった存在にならなければなりません。（三四―二三三）

3) Who is Abel and who is Cain - 5

What kind of person is Abel? He is one who is liked in any environment. Who likes him then? God must first like him and then the environment must like him.

When reflecting with this perspective, we can understand that Abel did not fulfill his responsibility to the full extent in Adam's family.
Suppose that two people hold intense animosity toward each other, as if toward an enemy, and no longer able to hold it in, they get into a fight.

Among the two, what kind of person will prevail at the end? Here, revenge is not an ironclad rule. If on the other side of revenge there is a condition, a room for forgiveness, then there can be no excuse for undertaking revenge.

Everything will be absorbed when it comes before something that is better. Here, which one is the subject and which one is the object? That which is better is subject and that which is worse is the object. 

Then, what kind of person is one who is trying to become a good person? He is one who has established the absolute standard before God, the absolute being. Within that absolute standard, the world, nation, and people as well as all the institutions and ideologies of the society will be included.

This is how it should be. You must create the absolute environment in which this can take place. You have to become someone who has the capacity to give and extend oneself, regardless of what society and system you are in. (34-233)
