1. 팬레터 및 전달 주소 안내

* 팬레터는 일반 우편 봉투 규격 사이즈 형태만 가능합니다.
* 팬레터의 경우, 상시 전달 가능하며 기념일도 (생일, 데뷔일 등) 팬레터만 전달 가능합니다.
* 위 규정에 맞지 않는 팬레터 및 메시지 북, 선물 (음식물, 화훼류, 현금성 물품 등) 일 경우 전달이 어려운 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
 
2. 현장 서포트 가능 품목
 
드라마, 영화 등 작품 촬영 현장의 커피, 간식차 등
 
* 작품 촬영 현장을 제외한 타 스케줄 (제작발표회 등) 은 서포트가 진행되지 않습니다.
* 진행 가능한 서포트에 한하여 사전 신청 일자와 함께 공지로 안내해 드릴 예정입니다. 별도의 서포트 공지가 없을 경우, 서포트가 진행되지 않는 현장인 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
* 사전 안내 공지 기준으로 더블랙레이블 서포트 담당자와 사전 협의한 서포트만 진행 가능합니다.
* 사전에 담당자와 조율한 서포트이더라도 현장 상황에 따라 변경 및 취소될 수 있습니다.
* 서포트 진행 일정 및 상황에 따라 다수의 서포트 팀이 동시에 진행될 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
* 음식의 경우, 기후 및 현장 상황, 아티스트 체질에 따라 일부 조율을 요청드릴 수 있습니다.
* 변질 가능성 있는 음식 및 생화, 드라이플라워를 포함한 모든 화훼류는 서포트 진행이 어려운 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
* 사전에 담당자와 조율한 서포트가 아닌 매니저 및 방송 관계자 등 공식 루트를 통하지 않은 서포트는 진행이 어렵습니다.
* 서포트 현장은 방문이 금지되며, 현장 방문 시 해당 팀은 추후 어떤 서포트도 진행이 어려운 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
* 서포트 신청 현황 안내는 업로드되지 않으며, 다른 서포트 팀에 대한 정보를 공개하거나 제공할 수 없습니다.
* 작품 및 현장 상황을 고려하여 별도의 인증은 해드리지 않으며, 인증을 요구할 경우 추후 서포트 진행이 어려운 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

We would like to inform you that the support guidelines will be changed as of Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

Please check the details below.

1. Fan Letter and Delivery Address Information

* Fan letters must be in the form of standard-sized regular mailing envelopes only.
* Fan letters may be delivered at any time, and for anniversaries such as birthdays and debut anniversaries, only fan letters may be delivered.
* Please understand that fan letters that do not comply with the above guidelines, as well as message books and gifts, including food, flowers, and cash-equivalent items, cannot be delivered.

2. Items Eligible for On-site Support

Coffee trucks, snack trucks, and similar support for filming sites of dramas, films, and other productions

* Support will not be available for schedules other than production filming sites, such as press conferences.
* For support that can be carried out, we will provide notice in advance along with the application period. Please note that if there is no separate support notice, support will not be available for that site.
* Only support that has been discussed in advance with THEBLACKLABEL’s support manager based on the prior notice may be carried out.
* Even if support has been coordinated in advance with the manager, it may be changed or canceled depending on on-site circumstances.
* Please note that multiple support teams may carry out support at the same time depending on the support schedule and circumstances.
* In the case of food, we may request partial adjustments depending on the weather, on-site conditions, and the artist’s constitution.
* Please understand that support involving food that may spoil, as well as all types of flowers, including fresh flowers and dried flowers, cannot be carried out.
* Support that has not been coordinated in advance with the manager, or support that is not carried out through official channels such as the manager or broadcast officials, cannot be carried out.
* Visits to the support site are prohibited. Please note that if a team visits the site, that team will not be able to carry out any support in the future.
* Information regarding the status of support applications will not be uploaded, and we cannot disclose or provide information about other support teams.
* In consideration of the production and on-site circumstances, no separate proof or confirmation will be provided. Please note that if proof or confirmation is requested, future support may not be possible.
