If we do not provide our private data to Homeplus, the 50 million citizens must have experienced how much discrimination, insult, human rights violation, and financial loss they have to endure just to buy food and daily necessities essential for survival.

Read again the clauses regarding the fundamental rights (freedom) of the 50 million citizens specified in the Constitution. The right not to be discriminated against and the privacy and freedom of personal life are guaranteed. In other words, a corporation's indiscriminate collection of private data from 50 million citizens is fundamentally a grave anti-constitutional crime, and a corporation executing a discriminatory pricing policy on essential survival goods, food, and daily necessities using that collected personal information is also a very severe crime of violating the Constitution. Yet, strangely enough, those who seized the legislative, judicial, and executive branches have tolerated this unprecedented crime. And the 50 million citizens have tolerated it as well. Is this not truly a situation where free democracy deserves to perish!!

Since some point, the personal data of 50 million citizens has been indiscriminately extorted and weaponized as criminal tools by corporations that seized control of the most basic daily necessities required for survival. Just to make a living, did the 50 million citizens reluctantly hand over all their private data to a mere company like  Homeplus, and in return, remain satisfied with the discriminatory, deceptive, anti-constitutional treatment that violates human rights through disparate pricing between members and non-members?

Yet even in this situation, they brazenly put up signs across every shelf of daily necessities, processed foods, and fruits, stating... "50% Discount Exclusively for  Homeplus Membership Members"... Truly sickening. Do they even intend to do honest business? Even if they go bankrupt again for operating this way, they will undoubtedly repeat the exact same malicious practices. Do you honestly think this is normal corporate activity?
