UtilityBy Jha Bandana  Not everything is useful.It does not have value.It does not bring any benefit or harm.It lies quietly in a corner. Without any coating,Without attraction,Dust-coveredWithout any hopeLet it rainLet it shineLet the wind blowLet hot wave blowIt tolerates all the blowsListens to the sobsListens to light laughter. Even in intense momentsIt does not protest.Clinging to the root of a treeIt just lies.Among new booksIt remains huddled up in the cupboard. With its yellowed, slightly torn pagesIt remains quietly locked in the oldest boxes.In a corner of the atticAmong the waste basketsIt remains dozing.Sitting huddled up in small shoes that have become wornWithout making any noiseWithout any jealousy, hatredWithout expecting any shine, love.It remains silent for you also.It is not extremely important for you either.But how difficult it is to be able to see your world after removing it.Ask the one who has removed it in the desire of newnessHow has it been dying for centuries, sir.  효용성 자 반드나  모든 것이 쓸모가 있는 것이 아니다,가치도 없다.그것으로 이익도, 손해도 생기지 않는다.그것은 그냥 놓여 있다어느 구석에조용히 아무런 광택도 없이매력도 없이먼지를 뒤집어 쓴 채아무런 기대도 없이.비가 오든햇볕이 내리쬐든바람이 불든열풍이 몰아치든그것은 모든 매질을 견디고흐느낌을 듣는다,가벼운 웃음을 듣는다, 격렬한 순간에도항변하지 않는다.어느 나무의 뿌리에 붙은 채그것은 그냥 누워있고,새 책들 사이에책장 안에 숨어있다. 누렇게 바래고, 살짝 찢긴 종이들과 함께.부엌에서도가장 오래된 용기 안에조용히 닫힌 채로 남아있다.다락의 어느 구석에폐지 바구니에꾸벅꾸벅 졸고 있다.닳아해진 신발 속에구겨앉아바스락거림 하나 없이,질투도, 증오도 없이,빛나길 바라지도, 사랑을 원하지도 않는다.당신에게도 그것은 전혀 꼭 필요한 것은 아니다.그러나 그것을 치우고자기의 세상을 바라보는 것,얼마나 어려운가.새 맛을 갈망하여그것을 치워버린 사람에게물어보라.수 세기 동안그는 어떻게 죽어왔는지.선생이여,   Jha Bandana /Professor, Chairperson, Center for Indian Languages, JNU(자 반드나 네루대 인도언어학과장. 시인)   It is necessary Manish Kumar Barnwal Without Fighthing No one gets tired Everyone gets tired After fighting  Sometimes with others sometimes with oneself  It is necessary to fight Not to get tired But to get up again after getting tired    필요하다  마니쉬 쿠마르 바르나왈싸우지 않고는아무도 지치지 않는다모두가 지친다싸움 후에는 때로는 다른 사람들과때로는 자신과도 필요하다싸우는 것이피곤해지기 위해서가 아니라피곤해도다시 일어서기 위해서  Manish Kumar Barnwal /Assistant Professor, Centre for Korean Studies JNU, New Delhi, India.
