1. Methotrexate: 항류마티스 약물-골수억제유발

S/E: 

- bone marrow suppression: 빈혈, 백혈구/혈소판 감소증

- hepatotoxicity(drug-induced injury)

- GI irritation(N/V/D)

** 카페인, 임신 및 알콜 금기

- 엽산↑ 권장, 감염 위험 주의

2. Allopurinol: gout(통풍) attack 예방 위해 투약 IF) 통풍 발작시, NSAIDS & colchicine 투약

- liver, kidney 계속 monitor + blood counts

- 식후에 복용 + 물 많이

- 발진(rash) → HCP 보고: steven johnson syndrome + toxic epidermal necrolysis

☞ anticonvulsants(carbamazepine, phenytoin) + sulfa antibiotics(amotrigine)

3. Methadone: potent narcotics(반감기 ↑)

- toxicity(초기징후): N/V, lethargy(기면) → 호흡억제

☞ 호흡저하, spo2, EKG monitor

4. Botulinium toxin type A (Botox)

S/E: dysphagia(aspiration risk), respiratory paralysis

5. nonbiological DMARD antimalarial chloroquine hydroxy(plaquenil)

- 정기 눈검사, 음식과 함께 복용 필요
