Good morning!
Today's English expression is: don't judge a book by it's cover.
Don't judge a book by it's cover means don't judge someone/something by appearance,
you should look deeper to see what's inside and what's more important.
Here is an example conversation:
Person A: Hey Janet, what do you think about the new guy in our English class? Is he your type?
Person B: No way! He's not cute. I think he looks like a nerd! That's not my type!
Person A: Well, don't judge a book by it's cover.
Why don't you get to know his personality and then you may like him.
오늘의 표현은 "don't judge a book by it's cover" 입니다.
A: Hey Janet, what do you think about the new guy in our English class? Is he your type?
B: No way! He's not cute. I think he looks like a nerd! That's not my type!
A: Well, don't judge a book by it's cover.
Why don't you get to know his personality and then you may like him.
