My role model is Na Young-seok, a famous Korean producer. He is known for creating popular TV programs such as 2 Days & 1 Night and New Journey to the West. Many people enjoy his shows because they are funny, easy to watch, and different from other programs.

I like his programs not only because they are fun but also because they feel natural. For example, the cast members in his shows are not forced to act. They talk and behave freely, which makes the program more realistic. Because of this, viewers can feel more comfortable and enjoy the show more.

Another reason I like his programs is their simple but effective format. In New Journey to the West, he uses games, missions, and small punishments to create 재미있는 situations. Even simple rules can make people laugh a lot. This shows that good content does not always need complicated ideas.

What I admire most about him is his creativity. He always tries new ideas instead of repeating the same format. For example, he creates spin-off programs and new versions of his shows. This keeps the audience interested and shows his ability to change and develop.

He also faced many challenges in his career. Not every program was successful at first, and some shows had low ratings. However, he did not give up. Instead, he analyzed what went wrong and improved his programs. Because of his effort, his shows became more popular over time.

Because of him, I want to become a producer in the future. I want to create programs that people can enjoy in their daily lives. I also want to make content that feels real and natural, just like his programs.

I know it will not be easy, but I will keep trying and learning. Even if I fail, I will not give up. I will continue to improve my skills step by step.

나는 그의 프로그램이 단순히 재미있기 때문만이 아니라 자연스럽기 때문에 좋아한다. 예를 들어, 출연자들이 억지로 행동하지 않고 자유롭게 말하고 행동한다. 그래서 프로그램이 더 현실적으로 느껴지고, 시청자들이 더 편하게 볼 수 있다.
