If a perdon′s fundamental nature is inherently good,
they will undoubtedly govern all things with clarity and percision.
In making decisions and taking action, they clearly establish order,
advancing and retreating without procrastination or negligence.
Free from doubt on either side, both the principles of Heaven and the affairs of humanity become clear,
untainted by force or falsehood.

and remain unclouded by doubt or aambiguity on either side.
Thus, both the principles of Heaven and the affairs of humanity become strikingly clear
in their every step.
[Translation,
God reveals Himself as a bright light.
The fact that our nation is the Baedal people(배달민족),
Symbolizing brightness, means that we are God′s people.
A wise person( 哲人,철인 -Cheol-in) is someone as bright as the sun and the North Star.
North Star is clear and plain, leaving no room for darkness,
and serves as the center of all movement without the slightest error.
Goodness(善,선 - Seon) is a bright light like this ;
therefore,it is never negligent, nor does it ever invite suspicion from others.
