If I meet with No Moo Hyen who is president of Korea, I want to ask that “Why would you relocate the capital of Korea from Seoul to Daejen” Most of the capitals and industries is concentrated in Seoul. So now the population of Seoul is about 14 millions, which is about 1 over third of the total of Korea population. There have been occurred many problems by congested Seoul. The president No Moo Hyen is tried to relocate the capital of Korea from Seoul to Daejen. He seems to want to solve the problem by relocating the capital. I partially agree with his opinion in that we will be able to maintain the balance of economy between a capital and districts by decentralizing of power. But we should deal with the matter about the decentralization of power more considerably. First, the South Korea and the North Korea will be united at least within 20 years. Considering the unified Korea, Seoul is the middle of the country. If we move our capital to Daejen, we will relocate our capital from Daejen to Seoul again. It is waste of money when we think about the matter with a long time plan. Second, I think that there is no enough money to move the capital of Korea in administration. The people must undertake all of the costs concerning the plan. I don’t want to pay more taxes to the meaningless plan.
