Full Job Description

- Be part of our growing business in our EV Charging Solutions as Sales Operation Manager to help with our dynamic Sales and Operation part in doing the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Overall operation and management of the EV charging business from pre-sales preparation considering business operation and customer management.

- Consider all aspects of selling including: commercial relationships, profit and loss concepts, long and short-term goals of the company.

- Communicate effectively to commercial partners and public office.

- Assess & respond quickly and effectively to commercial partners needs.

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Write routine reports and correspondence.

- Understand commercial partners needs and requirements and supporting our deployed systems. This includes both remote troubleshooting and on-site work. Our customers include residential and Commercial multi-unit-residential buildings. Understanding the hardware and software of multiple connected power and communication devices as a system.

- Travel to customer buildings in the lower mainland (optional). We will pay you for gas and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements:

- Fluent verbal and written communications skills, Language skills (English and Korean)

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- PC proficiency for data entry and utilization of Microsoft Office application

- Proficient in Microsoft technologies such as Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite of applications.

- Prefer candidates who can drive DM EVS vehicle(class 5), but not required.
