  게임은 즐기고, 세상을 구경하라 챔피언십 토너먼트의 우승자는 하기에 표기된 상품을 받게될 것입니다. 본경기는 2009년 11월 22일 일요일, 매직 더 개더링 월드 토너먼트가 개최되는 파라초 데 콩그레씨(이태리, 로마)에서 열리게 됩니다. 

 본 경기의 포맷은 젠디카 실드 덱입니다. 참가비는 없습니다만, 유효한 여권을 소지한 상태여야 하고, 본 경기의 규칙에 따르겠다는 서명서에 사인을 해야 됩니다. 또한 만약 당신이 미성년자라면, 당신의 부모님 역시 서명서에 사인을 해야 됩니다.

 본 경기는 Wizards of the Coast LLC가 스폰서를 맡고 있습니다, 본사 위치는 1600 Lind Ave. SW, Suite 400, Renton, WA 98057 ("Sponsor" or "we" or "Wizards")입니다.

참가방식: 플레이어는 이 챔피언십 토너먼트에 참가하기 위해서는 하기에 표기된 세가지 방식중에 하나를 달성해야 참가자격을 얻을 수 있습니다.

1. 월드 이벤트(2009년 11월 19일~21일)에서 본경기에 참가할 플레이어를 모집하기 위한 공인 경기가 세번(개인 경기 두번, 2HG 경기 한번) 열릴 겁니다. 이 경기에서 2위권에 들게 되는 플레이어(2HG경기에서는 2위권에 들어간 팀 둘)는 게임은 즐기고, 세상을 구경하라 경기의 참가자격을 얻게 됩니다(총 8명). 

2. 2009년 여름과 가을사이를 걸쳐 유럽내의 특정 가게에서 본경기의 참가자격이 주어지는 이벤트가 열릴 겁니다. 해당 이벤트에서 우승한 자는 게임은 즐기고, 세상을 구경하라 경기의 참가자격을 얻게 됩니다(총 자격획득자 수 미정) 

3. 2009년 6월에서 9월까지 이태리의 약 100여곳의 매클에서는 '게임은 즐기고 세상을 구경하라 이태리 챔피언십 경기'가 각 가게 당 10-20번 열리게 됩니다. 당 이벤트에서 우승한 플레이어들은 본 경기의 참가자격을 얻기 위한 별도의 자격획득 이벤트에 참가할 수 있게 됩니다.  

상품 패키지:
The winner of the Championship tournament will receive one (1) roundtrip coach air ticket from the international airport nearest the player's home to the host city of each of three (3) Magic: The Gathering Pro Tours to be held in 2010 and the Magic: The Gathering World Championships; and four (4) night's accommodation (single occupancy, room, and tax only) at each Pro Tour location and at Worlds. Winner will receive instructions from Sponsor on whom he must contact and the deadline by which he must arrange travel. Sponsor will not refund travel made outside this service. All travel itineraries must include all the dates of that event. No portion of the prize will be substituted if winner is unable to accept it; and such portion of the prize will be forfeited. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and may include, without limitation, ground transportation, taxes, itinerary change fees, passport and visa fees. Approximate retail value of travel package is ?5000 Euros. Actual value of trip may vary depending on winner's residence and seasonal rates.
The winner will also receive a package of travel accessories as determined by Wizards. Approximate retail value of travel accessories is ?215 Euros.
Wizards of the Coast reserves the right to award a cash equivalent prize in lieu of the prize package in its sole discretion.
Winner must arrange his travel itinerary no later than (30) days before departure. Failure to complete travel arrangements as directed by Sponsor prior to this deadline will result in forfeiture of the award. Every member receiving a travel award must provide to Sponsor an executed Prize Winner Agreement or liability release, any applicable or requested taxation forms, and proof of ID and passport/visa (when required by international destination). In all cases, all such documentation must be provided to Wizards of the Coast, or previously on file, at least thirty (30) days before departure. Failure to timely provide such documentation will result in forfeiture of the award. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining and meeting all requirements of passports and visas necessary to travel internationally.
Odds of winning prize depend on number of eligible entries received and the skill of the participants. Winner may select either prize so long as the selection is made immediately upon being named a potential winner in the Championship Tournament. Potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity and liability release.

GENERAL TERMS:

No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value, except as determined in Wizards' sole discretion. Prize winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes on prize; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for tax for the value of the prize. The potential winner is responsible for ensuring that he complies with all the applicable tax laws and filing requirements.

By participating, all participants, on behalf of themselves, their executors, heirs and assigns, agree to release Wizards and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, employees and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the conduct of the tournament, the administration of this tournament, any event or condition caused by something beyond the control of Sponsor that may disrupt or corrupt the tournaments described herein, any technical malfunction or problem that occurs during the tournaments, the receipt, ownership or use of a prize, or any printing or typographical error in any material associated with the tournaments. Under no circumstances will Wizards or its parent company or affiliates be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the tournaments if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, it reasonably believes that a participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the tournaments by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other participants, viewers, or the Sponsor.

Participants agree that personal data including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the tournaments. This data may also be used by Sponsor to verify a participant's identity, postal address and telephone number in the event a participant qualifies for the prize as well as to deliver the applicable prize. The data will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, which is located on its web site, www.wizards.com.

By accepting the prize, participant agrees to allow Sponsor and its agencies, to use his or her name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
If for any reason the tournaments are not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the tournaments, Wizards reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the tournaments. Wizards further reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with any part of the tournaments. Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the tournaments is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the applicable law.
This promotion shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
