Summary:
Whoever believes in Jesus will do the works He did—and even greater ones—because He is going to the Father. Whatever is asked in His name, He will do it, so the Father is glorified through the Son. If anything is asked in His name, He will do it.
Teaching:
If someone truly believes in Jesus, they come to know who He is by being with Him — the Son of God, in whom the Father dwells. Through faith, they come to this understanding, and that knowledge leads them to do the works of God.
The Kingdom of God is a kingdom where God reigns. He speaks, He wills, He touches - and everything happens according to His will. This kingdom has come to us; it has been given to us.
Therefore, if we believe in Jesus and ask in His name, it means we will not only do the works He did but even greater works.
Calling on the name of Jesus is something we must always do - both unconsciously and consciously - and we must believe as we call on His name.
