Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree and 5~8 years general accounting experience required. - Strong business knowledge, in specific supply chain or finance functional areas. - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. - Ability to work with, inspire, and create consensus with a group to cooperatively achieve a common goal. - Possess high level of credibility among peers in the business. - Willing to participate actively in a discussion/workshop environment. - Good presentations/training skills. - Ability to work well with a variety of different systems (but not a power-user). - Willing to travel frequently over a period of several months. - Capacity and resistance to stress beneficial. - Good problem solving and decision making skills necessary. - Experience in a support or customer service capacity preferred. - Fluent in English - Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Korean GAAP - SAP FI and CO module experience as a end-user required - SAP FI and CO module implementation experience as a super-user preferred - Multinational company experience preferred - AICPA preferred

Responsibilities: - Coordinate training activities for new functionality and enhancements across all Finance modules, working with functional trainers. - Constructive critics (emphasis on constructive) by ensuring that the processes, systems and data work effectively in their business. - Drive, implement and promote process improvement initiatives within country - Facilitating and leading two-way communication between their organization and the Head Quarter Production Support teams. - Contact point for production support and for the Asia Pacific Head Quarter Lead/Coordinator across all Finance modules - Own security role assignment for Finance in country to ensure appropriate segregation of duties, compliance and access controls across the Finance functions
