저희 회사는 다년간 호텔 및 레스토랑 직영 매장을 운영해오면서 축적한 노하우를 바탕으로 현재 다수의 브랜드를 개발하여 프랜차이즈 사업을 운영하고 있습니다.
⭐주요업무⭐ Reporting directly to the Director, your roles and responsibilities will include:
-Able to manage and prepare payroll (including T4 slips) by Quickbooks
-Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
-Process cheque requests
-Respond to all vendor inquiries
-Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
-Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
-Prepare and support document for invoices generated at the fiscal end to accountant/bookkeeper
-Enter Sales Data and reconcile all corporate operated stores.
-All other general office duties as required.
⭐자격조건⭐ Qualification:
-High level of experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
-Basic knowledge of Quickbooks desktop is required
-Experience in an administrative support role in an office environment
-Knowledge of tax requirements in BC (GST, PST etc.) is an asset
-Experienced and familiar with the food industry an asset
⭐근무조건⭐ Part-time / Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: 풀타임 근무시: $35,500.00-$42,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday /
Full time: 40 hours per week
Part-time: 25 per week (9:30am-2:30pm)
