A: I've been thinking that maybe it's time to take the plunge and sign up for a triathlon.

A: I know! I just needed a push. I'm ready to set my sights on something big.
B: You'll do really well, I know it. It's serious challenge, but I think you're up for it../ A: Thanks! I'm nervous but excited.
B: Good! Big goals should be a little scary.. A: So, how about I help you gear up for the training? I've done a few triathlons.
B: That would be amazing. I have to no clue where to start other than running every day.
A: We'll get you whipped into shape in no time. Just be ready to sweat.
B: I can handle it. I know I'll definitely need to put in the work.
A: Right -and we'll train for everything involved in a triathlon; swimming, biking, and running./B: That sounds like a plan. Let's do this!
J: Honestly, I thought I was ready, but I've really had to up my game lately.
A: That's normal. You're improving a lot. You just have to keep at it.
J: I'm trying. I finally worked out the kinks in my swim technique, too. I think I'm using less energy to go even faster.
A: That's great progress! It's a tough sport with lots to juggle./J: No kidding. Some days I feel beyound exhausted, but I push through.
A: Good! That mindset will carry you through race day.
A: I still can't believe I actually went the distance! I think the cycling really invigorated me after the swim
B: You did it! And you didn't just finish - you crushed it. You finished in the too 10 among all women and too 30 overall
A: I had to dig deep in that last time, but it was worth it./ B: I could tell that you were determined from start.
A: Honestly, I'm on cloud nine right now. Best feeling ever/B: You earned it. All that training paid off big time

A: 그럼, 내가 훈련 준비를 도와줄까? 트라이아슬론 경기를 몇 번 해 봤거든
B: 그거 진짜 좋겠다. 매일 달리는 것 외에는 어디서부터 시작해야 할지 전혀 모르거든.
A: 순식간에 널 단련시켜 줄께. 땀 흘릴 각오만 해
B: 감당할 수 있어. 열심히 노력해야 한다는 건 나도 알아.

B: 좋은 계획인 것 같아. 해 보자!
A: 내가 실제로 완주했다니 이ㅣ직도 믿기지 않아! 수영을 하고 나서 사이클을 타니 정말 기운이 솟구친 것 같아
B: 넌 해냈어! 그리고 그날 완주한 게 아니라 완전 압도적으로 해낸거지. 여성 참가자들 중에서 상위 10위, 전체에서는 상위 30위 안에 들었잖아
A: 마지막 1마일에서는 진짜 힘을 쥐어짜야 했지만, 그럴 가치가 있었어
B: 출발할 때부터 네 의지가 확고하다는 게 느껴졌어
A: 솔직히, 지금 너무 행복해서 날아갈 지경이야. 이보다 기분 좋을 순 없어

A: I've decided to take the leap and open a bakery-café! What do you think?/B: That's huge! You're finally going to chase your dream.

A: I been scouting out the best spot in town for the bakery-cafe/B: Good idea. You've got to get the lay of the land before choosing anything.
A: Yeah. I want a location that fits the vibe I'm going for. Something cozy but with potential to be busy.
B: Once you find a few place, we can run the numbers and compare rent foot traffic/A: That would really help.
B: This is all coming together. Let's grab some coffee and start by finding neighborhoods you would consider.
A: I finally signed on the dotted line - the space is mine!/ B: That's amazing! So what's left to do?
A: Now I have to cut through the red tape for permits and the food license
B: Ugh, so much paperwork! But once you get the green light, it's full speed ahead.
A: Exactly. I want everything in order before I hire anyone. It wouldn't make sense to have my staff standing around with the doors locked.
