2020 년 1 월 1 일 현재 새로운 버전 FSSC 22000

FSSC 22000의 새 버전 (버전 5)은 2019 년 6 월에 게시되었습니다. 2020 년 1 월 1 일부터 모든 감사가이 새로운 표준에 따라 수행됩니다. GFSC (Global Food Safety Initiative)의 지침에 적응하는 것 외에도 이 간행물은 FSSC 22000 기반을 둔 2018 년 6 월 18 일에 발생한 ISO 22000 표준의 최신 개정판을 따릅니다.

무엇이 바뀔까요?

이 새로운 FSSC 22000 버전은 관리 시스템에 대한 모든 새로운 ISO 표준의 공통 구조 인 HLS (High Level Structure)를 기본으로 사용합니다. 이를 통해 FSSC 표준을 ISO 9001 (품질), ISO 14001 (환경) 및 ISO 45001 (직장의 건강 및 안전)과 같은 관리 시스템 표준과 통합 할 수 있습니다.

위기 관리

식품 안전 분야의 운영 개선 측면에서이 새로운 개정은 위험 관리에 중점을 둡니다. 다른 표준에도 공통적 인 위험 기반 접근 방식은 식품 사업에 절대적으로 필요합니다. 이 규칙의 목적은 운영 위험 수준 (위험 분석 중요 제어점 접근 방식, HACCP를 통한 위험)과 비즈니스 위험으로 구성된 관리 시스템의 전략적 수준 위험을 구분하는 것입니다. 식품 안전 위험에 대한이 특별한 관심은 관리 시스템의 기회와 효과를 활용하고 바람직하지 않은 문제를 방지하는 데 있습니다.

PDCA 사이클

또 다른 중요한 변경 사항은 PDCA주기입니다. 표준은 이제 두 가지 계획-도-조치-동작주기를 구분합니다. 첫 번째는 전체적으로 관리 시스템에 적용되며, 두 번째는 포함 된 두 번째 조항은 8 조에 설명 된 작업과 관련되며, 여기에는위원회의 Codex Alimentarius에 의해 정의 된 HACCP의 원칙도 포함됩니다.
