Bible Reading - Galatians 3:1~10

3:1 You foolish Galatians! 너희 어리석은 갈라디아 사람들아!

Who has bewitched(꾀다, 홀리다) you? 누가 너희를 꾀었느냐?

Before your very eyes(바로 너희의 눈 앞에서) Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified.

바로 너희의 눈 앞에서 예수 그리스도께서 십자가에 못 박히신 모습으로 분명하게 묘사되었다.

3:2 I would like to learn just one thing from you: 

나는 너희로부터 단 한가지를 알고 싶다.

Did you receive the Spirit by observing the law, or by believing what you heard?

너희는 율법을 지킴으로 성령을 받았는가, 아니면 너희가 들었던 것을 믿음으로 성령을 받았는가?

3:3 Are you so foolish? 너희는 그렇게 어리석은가?

After beginning with the Spirit, 성령으로 시작한 후에 

are you now trying to attain your goal by human effort?

너희는 인간의 노력으로 너희의 목표에 도달하려고 지금 시도하고 있는가?

3:4 Have you suffered so much for nothing-- 너희는 헛되이 그렇게 많이 고난을 받았는가?

if it really was for nothing? 만약에 그것이 정말로 소용이 없었다면 

3:5 Does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you because you observe the law, 

하나님께서 너희가 율법을 지키기 때문에 너희에게 그의 성령을 주시고 너희 중에서 기적을 행하셨는가?

or because you believe what you heard? 아니면 너희가 들었던 것을 믿기 때문인가?

3:6 Consider Abraham: 아브라함을 생각해 보라.

 "He believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness."

그는 하나님을 믿었고 믿음으로 그것이 의로서 그에게 인정되어졌다.

3:7 Understand, then, that those who believe are children of Abraham.

그래서 믿는 자들은 아브라함의 자녀들이라는 것을 이해하라.

3:8 The Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, 

성경이 하나님께서 믿음으로 이방인들을 의롭게 하실 것을 미리 보았고 

and announced the gospel in advance(미리) to Abraham:

하나님께서는 아브라함에게 미리 복음을 전하셨습니다.

 "All nations(모든 민족들이) will be blessed through you." 모든 민족들이 너를 통하여 복을 받을 것이다.

3:9 So those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.

그래서 믿음을 가진 자들은 믿음의 사람인 아브라함과 함께 복을 받는다.

3:10 All who rely on observing the law are under a curse,

율법을 지키는데 의존하는 모든 사람은 저주 아래 있다.

 for it is written: 기록된 것처럼

"Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law."

율법 책에 기록되어진 모든 것을 행하기를 계속하지 않는 모든 사람은 저주를 받는다.
