Our objective at the University Center "C&eacute;sar Ritz" is the development of the students who can function effectively in our ever-changing global society. As the hospitality and tourism industry continues its growth, our graduates will stand out and satisfy the demands for qualified managers by international corporations.

The University Center "C&eacute;sar Ritz", Switzerland has a unique educational partnership with Washington State University. The University Center "C&eacute;sar Ritz" offers a two year "C&eacute;sar Ritz" Higher Diploma program in the Hotel Management, followed by an intensive twelve month period of studies leading to the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration. This Bachelors program is delivered and issued by Washington State University. The entire program is equivalent to a typical 4- year BA program but completed in three years only. This exclusive education combines the Swiss art of hotellerie and the American science of management and includes a minimum of 1000 hours of paid work experience.
