오늘은 셀핍 스피킹 테스트 파트 6 부분 공략에 대해서 말씀드리려고 합니다.

난처한 상황에서 주어지는 두가지 옵션 중 하나를 선택하여, 상황을 전달해야하는 과제 입니다. 이 응답은 상황에 따라 적절한 인사말로 시작해야 하며, 문제와 그로 인한 어려움을 명확히 설명해야 합니다. 또한, 문제의 이유를 설명하고 진심 어린 사과를 전달해야 합니다. 시간이 허락된다면, 문제를 보완할 대안을 제안할 수도 있습니다.

60초의 준비시간과 60초의 답변 시간이 주어지는데, 최대한 빠르게 선택을 하고 키워드 정리를 하는게 좋겠죠.

상황: 특정 문제나 갈등 상황이 제시됨 (예: 약속을 못 지키는 상황, 고객의 불만 처리 등).

요구: 문제를 명확히 인식하고 이유를 설명하며 사과와 대안을 제시.

인사로 시작

문제를 명확히 진술할 것 (State the Problem Clearly) – 모호하게 말하지 말고, 구체적으로 설명해야합니다.

이유를 설명할것 (Explain your Reasoning) – 문제의 원인을 설명하되 변명처럼 들리지 않게 조심하고, 솔직하고 간결하게 말해야 합니다. 원인이 되는 상황은 문제에서 주어지기 때문에 있는 그대로 설명하는것이 중요합니다.

사과와 대안 (Apologize and Offer a Solution) – 진심 어린 사과를 하고, 상대방의 불편을 최소화할 수 있는 대안을 제시하는게 좋습니다.

연결어 (Cohesion)

문제 제시 시: "The issue is that..."

이유 설명 시: "This happened because..."

대안 제시 시: "To resolve this, I’d like to suggest..."

마무리 시: "Once again, I apologize, and I hope this solution works for you."

60초라는 짧은 시간 내에 답변을 끝내야 하므로 구조화된 답변이 필수입니다.
