Job Description:
Pacific Link College, a reputable Category 1 educational institution in Vancouver, Canada, is seeking a dedicated and experience Administrative Officer - Marketing Support with Korean language or Japanese Language skills to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Korean / Japanese student population and support the administrative operations for the marketing. If you have a passion for assisting students in a school setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply. This is part time positon, with the potential to lead full time position.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate student enrollment and registration processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of student records.
Organize applications and files to provide support to the Korean / Japanese Marketer, facilitating efficient workflow.
Prepare invoices for agencies and other relevant documents for stakeholders.
Effectively communicate with students and stakeholders via email and phone, providing program explanations and reporting feedback to the marketer.
Collaborate with other administrative personnel to maintain smooth college operations.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to college policies and procedures.
Some translation work may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative role.
Fluency in English and Japanese or English and Korean , with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Knowledge of Canadian education systems and procedures is an asset.
Proficiency in both Korean and Japanese language is considered an asset.
