- Reviews and coordinates the company employmenet, employee/labor relations, personnel, and employment equity policues and practices to comply with the applicable legal provisions, including the maintenance of necessary files, etc - Coordinates the communication and coordination of performance management process to insure that employee performance is evaluated, that employee aware of their performance, developmenet needs required to effectively support ORG objectives as well as succession planning evalution. - Ensure the development and implementation of training programs which support company business objectives, this includes new-orientation communication programs, employee survey, and career counseling are conducted efficiently throughout the sites, Insure that training programs are recorded and employees are certified within their respective occupations. - Oversee employment activities, assuring that properly qualified employees are recruited and hires for company positions, Oversee all ISO audit, insures compliance to Clients HR Manual - Be accountable for provided HR reporting and participation of initiatives taking place outside of country. |
