Sales Operations responsible for Sales Execution Management
Main responsibilities:
- Advise BU Exec. to achieve budgeted revenue and profit
- Act as a “trusted advisor” to the Country Operations Manager and his peers
- Support business and operational controls to secure a satisfactory
business controls posture and which identifies areas of weakness and
enables the execution of corrective action
- Support effective planning and sales execution through the use and deployment of the management systems
- Performs Weekly sales analysis reports (Roadmap, Budget, Commit etc)
- Revenue & profit monthly report analysis
Requirements:
- IBM Experience of 2~5 years regardless of Sales and Non-sales experience
- English proficiency required
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Good understanding of business and sales processes
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills – ability to resolve complex processing problems
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and work under pressure
- Organized person, able to perform while following procedures
