태양과 바람이 온화한 것은 하늘이 온화함이며,
  The sun and wind being gentle is the gentleness of Heaven,

氣(기)와 소리가 온화한 것은 인간이 온화한 것이다.
  and one′s qi(vital energy) and voice being gentle is the gentleness of humankind.

태양과 바람이 온화한즉 상서로움이 때를 맞추어 내리어 일년의 공을 이루고,
  When the sun and wind are gentle,
  auspicious blessings descend in due season to fulfill the fruitful work of the year,

氣(기)와 소리가 온화한즉 신령이 깊숙하게 통하여 밝은 덕이 나타나게 된다.
  and when one′s qi and voice are gentle, the divine spirit deeply resonates within,
  allowing bright virtue to manifest. 


 [Original Text, 원문]

月之和와 風之和는 天和也요 (월지화와 풍지화는 천화야요)
  The harmory of the sun and the harmony of the wind are the harmony of Heaven,

氣之和와 聲之和는 人和也라 (기지화와 성지화는 인화야라)
  and the harmony of one′s qi(vital energy) and the harmony of one′s 
  voice  are the harmony of humanity.

日和風和則禎祥이 時降하여 歲功이 遂하고 (일화풍화즉정상이 시강하여 세공이 수하고)
  When the sun and wind are in harmony,
  auspicious blessings descend in due season and the work of the year is caccomplished;

氣和聲和則靈神이 精暢하여 昭德이 著하니라. (기화성화즉령신이 정창하여 소덕이 저하니라.)
  when one′s qi and voice are in harmony, the spiritual soul flows brightly with clarity,
  alloning illustrious virtue to shine forth.


 [Explanation, 풀이]

"인간의 聲(성)과 氣(기)가 온화하면 神靈(신령)이 깊숙히 통하여 밝은 德(덕)이 나타나게 된다." 는 내용은
  The statement, "When a human′s voice and qi(energy) are gentle,
   the divine spirit deeply resonates within, allowing bright virtue to manifest,"

  三一神誥(삼일신고)의 제 2장 一神(일신)에서
"聲氣願禱 絶親見 自性求子 降在爾腦(성기원도 절친견 자성구자 강재이뇌)" 라 하여
  aligns with Chapter 2(ll-shin / One God) of the Sam-il Shin-go,
  which states : "Seong-gi-won-do Jeol-chin-gyeon Ja seong-gu- ja Gang-jae-i-noe" ―

"소리와 기로서 원하고 기도드리면 반드시 하나님(一神)을 친견할 수 있으니
  meaning, "If you earnestly desire and pray through sound(voice) and qi(energy),
  you will surely encounter God(ll-shin) directly.

스스로의 본바탕(性,성)에서  하나님(一神,일신)의 씨앗(子,자)을 구하도록 하라.
  Therefore, seek the seed of God within your own true nature(性,성),

하나님(一神)의 씨앗(子,자)은 너의 머리속에 내려와 있느니라." 라는  내용과 일맥상통하고 있다.
  The seed of God has already descended into your mind(brain)"

一神(일신)의 씨앗(子,자)이라 함은 眞性(진성)이며 眞性(진성)은 善(선)함으로 나타난다.
  The "seed of God" refers to True Nature(眞性,진성 Jin-seong),
  and this True Nature manifests as pure Goodness(善,선 Seon).
