Bible Reading - Galatians 5:19~26

5:19 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: 죄악된 본성의 행위는 분명하다.

sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 성적인 부도덕, 부정함, 방탕

5:20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, 우상숭배, 요술, 증오, 불화,질투

fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 분노의 발작, 이기적인 야망, 불화, 파벌(당짓는 것)

5:21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. 그리고 질투, 술취함, 난교 그리고 그와 같은 것들 

I warn you, as I did before, 내가 전에 했던 것처럼 너에게 경고한다.

that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

이와 같이 사는 자들은 하나님의 나라를 상속받을 수 없을 것이다. 

5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
5:23 gentleness and self-control.

그러나 성령의 열매는 사랑, 희락, 화평, 인내(오래 참음), 친절(자비), 선함(양선), 신실함(충성), 온유, 절제이다.

Against such things there is no law. 그런 것들에 대항하는 율법은 없다.

5:24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus 그리스도 예수께 속한 자들은 

have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.

죄악된 욕망을 그것의 야망들과 욕망들과 함께 십자가에 못 박았다.

5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, 우리가 성령으로 살아가기 때문에

let us keep in step with the Spirit. 성령과 보조를 맞춰 나아가자.

5:26 Let us not become conceited(자만심이 강해지다), provoking(도발하는) and envying each other.

우리는 교만해지지 말고, 서로를 자극하거나 시기하지 말자.
