<p><b>Summary:</b></p><p>Paul emphasizes that salvation through faith in Christ is available to <i>everyone</i> who believes, without distinction between Jew and Greek. God is rich in mercy to all who call on Him. But for people to call on the Lord, they must first believe; to believe, they must hear; to hear, someone must preach; and for someone to preach, they must be sent. This highlights the necessity of preaching the gospel so that others may believe and be saved.</p><p> </p><p><b>Teaching:</b></p><p>Our Jesus is the Lord of all people. He must become <i>my</i> Lord. No matter how good God is, if He is not <i>my</i> God, <i>my</i> Lord, it is of no use. For God to become <i>my</i> God, I must believe in Jesus.</p><p> </p><p>“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!”</p><p> </p><p>This good news is the message that through faith in Jesus, we are set free from sin and death.
