여호와께서 가라사대 내가 너희를 사랑하였노라

여호와께서 가라사대 내가 너희를 사랑하였노라                                                                              (말1~14)  말1:1   여호와께서 말라기로 이스라엘에게 말씀하신 경고라Mal1:1   The burden of the word of the LORD to Israel by Malachi.말1:2   여호와께서 가라사대 내가 너희를 사랑하였노라 하나 너희는 이르기를 주께서 어떻게 우리를 사랑하셨나이까 하는도다 나 여호와가 말하노라 에서는 야곱의 형이 아니냐 그러나 내가 야곱을 사랑하였고Mal1:2   I have loved you, saith the LORD, Yet ye say, wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob's brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob,말1:3 에서는 미워하였으며 그의 산들을 황무케 하였고 그의 산업을 광야의 시랑에게 붙였느니라Mal1:3   And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.말1:4   에돔은 말하기를 우리가 무너뜨림을 당하였으나 황폐된 곳을 다시 쌓으리라 하거니와 나 만군의 여호와는 이르노라 그들은 쌓을지라도 나는 헐리라 사람들이 그들을 일컬어 악한 지경이라 할 것이요 여호와의 영영한 진노를 받은 백성이라 할 것이며Mal1:4   Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom the LORD hath indignation for ever.말1:5   너희는 목도하고 이르기를 여호와께서는 이스라엘 지경 밖에서 크시다 하리라Mal1:5   And your eyes shall see, and ye shall say, The LORD will be magnified from the border of Israel.말1:6   내 이름을 멸시하는 제사장들아 나 만군의 여호와가 너희에게 이르기를 아들은 그 아비를, 종은 그 주인을 공경하나니 내가 아비일찐대 나를 두려워함이 어디 있느냐 하나 너희는 이르기를 우리가 어떻게 주의 이름을 멸시하였나이까 하는도다Mal1:6   A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?말1:7   너희가 더러운 떡을 나의 단에 드리고도 말하기를 우리가 어떻게 주를 더럽게 하였나이까 하는도다 이는 너희가 주의 상은 경멸히 여길 것이라 말함을 인함이니라Mal1:7   Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of the LORD is contemptible.말1:8   만군의 여호와가 이르노라 너희가 눈 먼 희생으로 드리는 것이 어찌 악하지 아니하며 저는 것, 병든 것으로 드리는 것이 어찌 악하지 아니하냐 이제 그거을 너희 총독에게 드려보라 그가 너를 기뻐하겠느냐 너를 가납하겠느냐Mal1:8   And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye offer the lame and sick is it not evil? offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person? saith the LORD of hosts.말1:9   만군의 여호와가 이르노라 너희는 나 하나님께 은혜를 구하기를 우리를 긍휼히 여기소서 하여 보라 너희가 이같이 행하였으니 내가 너희 중 하나인들 받겠느냐Mal1:9   And now, I pray you, beseech god that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith the LORD of hosts.말1:10   만군의 여호와가 이르노라 너희가 내 단 위에 헛되이 불사르지 못하게 하기 위하여 너희 중에 성전 문을 닫을 자가 있었으면 좋겠도다 내가 너희를 기뻐하지 아니하며 너희 손으로 드리는 것을 받지도 아니하리라Mal1:10   Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought? neither do ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith the LORD of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.말1:11   만군의 여호와가 이르노라 해 뜨는 곳에서부터 해 지는 곳까지의 이방 민족 중에서 내 이름이 크게 될 것이라 각처에서 내 이름의 위하여 분향하며 깨끗한 제물을 드리리니 이느니 내 이름이 이방 민족 중에서 크게 될 것임이니라Mal1:11   For from the rising of the sun sven unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my neme, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts.말1:12   그러나 너희는 말하기를 여호와의 상은 더러웠고 그 위에 있는 실과 곧 식물은 경멸히 여길 것이라 하여 내 이름을 더럽히는도다Mal1:12   But ye have profaned it, in that ye say The table of the LORD is polluted; and the fruit thereof, even his meat, is contemptible.말1:13   만군의 여호와가 이르노라 너희가 또 말하기를 이 일이 얼마나 번폐스러운고 하며 코웃음하고 토색한 물건과 저는 것, 병든 것을 가져왔느니라 너희가 이같이 헌물을 가져오니 내가 그것을 너희 손에서 받겠느냐 여호와의 말이니라Mal1:13   Ye said also, Behold, what a weariness is it! and ye have snuffed at it, saith the LORD of hosts; and ye brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye brought an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith the LORD.말1:14   떼 가운데 수컷이 있거늘 그 서원하는 일에 흠이 있는 것으로 사기하여 내게 드리는 자는 저주를 받으리니 나는 큰 임금이요 내 이름은 열방 중에서 두려워하는 것이 됨이니라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라Mal1:14   But cursed be the deceiver, which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the Lord a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith the LORD of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen.  * 말라기(מלאכי, 말라키) ‘나의 사자’라는 뜻. 성전 재건 후 영적 나태에 빠진 이스라엘 백성을 향해 회개를 촉구하고 메시야 대망 사상을 선포한 느헤미야 총독 때의 선지자(B.C.435-415) * 사랑하였노라(אהב, 아헤브) 조건 없는 신적 사랑으로, 택한 백성을 구원하기 위한 하나님의 ‘선택 행위’와 관련해 주로 사용된다. 신약에서 ‘아가페’ 로 번역된다. * 해 뜨는 곳에서부터 해 지는 곳까지(ממּזרח-שׁמשׁ ועד-מבוׁאוׁ, 밈미즈라흐 쉐메쉬 웨아드 메보오) 공간적으로 세계 모든 곳에서, 시간적으로 아침 저녁 곧 하루종일. * 깨끗한 제물(מנחה טהוׁרה, 미느하 테호라) 제사법에 따라 정해진 규정에 맞게 드려지는 제물.     우리의 삶은 세상이 만들어진 모든 것에 너무 깊이 들어가 있어서 나와 세상이 분리됨이 없이 세상과 똑같이 닮아 가야 한다고 생각하며 세상 사람들이 주장하고 원하는 것들을 너무도 똑같아 지고 싶어하고 아니 더 나아가 그들을 온갖 방법을 다해 이겨야 한다는 열망으로 자신을 마치 다이빙선수인 것 마냥 세상을 향하여 질주하는 모습을 보게 됩니다.   our lives are so deeply immersed in everything the world has created that we begin to believe there is no separaton between ourselves and the world. We think we must become just like it. We long to be exactly like what people in the world pursue and desire, and even go further- driven by strong ambition to surpass them by and means possible. In doing so, we often see ourselves rushing headlong toward the world, like a diver plunging forward without hesitation.          그러한 와중에 우리가 원해서가 아닌 세상이 가라는 방향으로 살아갈 때 우리 속에 주님께서 부르시는 음성을 들을 수나 있는지 가는 걸음을 멈추게 하시는 분이 우리를 찾아오신 예수님이심을 우리는 삶을 통해 고백할 수밖에는 없을 것입니다.   In the midst of all this, as we live not by our own will but in the direction the world pushes us, can we truly hear the voice of the Lord calling within us? The one sho comes to us and causes us to stop in our tracks is Jesus, and through our lives, we cannot help but confess that it is He who seeks us out.       우리는 여러 난관과 어려움을 그냥 통과하고 싶지만 하나님께서는 그 과정을 통해 하나님을 찾고 하나님을 향하여 문을 두드리게 하는 기회를 주시는 것이라고 생각합니다.  We may want to simply pass through the many hardships and difficulties we face, but I believe that God uses those very processes as opportunities for us to seek Him and to knock on the door that leads us toward Him.       그러다 주님을 만나서 이제는 좀 나에게 성숙하라고 스스로를 다짐하고 하여보지만 겉으로 나의 모습은 지식적으로만 나 스스로를 강요하여 어느덧 율법 교사처럼 변하여 마음없는 행위에 그치는 우리의 모습을 발견하게 됩니다.   Then, when we meet the Lord, we resolve to grow and mature, to strive toward personal growth. Yet outwardly, we find that we have merely forced ourselves intelletually, and before long, we become like teaches of the law- our actions lacking heart, reduced to empty deeds.     그래도 우리에게 하나님께서 이 땅에 하나님말씀을 이루시기 위해 교회를 주셨고 그 교회를 통하여 계속하여 하나님의 말씀이 흘러 세속에 빠져있는 우리들을 위하여 주님께서 마련하신 헌신의 자리에 초청하여 주심에 감사를 드립니다.   Yet, God has given us the Church to fulfill His word on this earth, and through the Chruch, His Word continues to flow. We are grateful that the Lord has invited us to a place of devotion He has prepared for those of us immersed in the secular world.       하나님의 사랑은 끝이 없으셔서 우리를 사랑하심에도 불구하고 그 사랑이 우리의 무지와 은혜에 멀어져서 살아가는 자들을 불쌍히 여겨주시기만을 간구드립니다.   God's love is evdless, and even though He loves us, we often live distant from that love due to our ignorance and lack of grace. Yet, we can only be grateful that He shows compassion to those who live in such a state.    * 시편 52:8   오직 나는 하나님의 집에 있는 푸른 감람나무 같음이여 내가 하나님의 인자하심을 영원히 의지하리로다    * But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever.
