저는 중학교 때 처음 '쇼생크 탈출'을 보고 

크게 감명을 받았습니다. 

팀 로빈스가 주연을 맡았는데, 극중에서 

그는 잘 나가는 은행가입니다.

- I first saw the movie "The Shawshank 

  Redemption" 

  in middle school, and I was deeply touched 

  by it. 

  Tim Robbins played the lead role in the film, 

  a hotshot banker.

어느날 아내를 살해했다는 누명을 쓰고 쇼생크

여겨지는 쇼생크를 그가 극적으로 탈출하는 순간입니다. 

악취가 나는 하수관을 기어서 통과하고 하늘을 향해 

손을 뻗으며 자유를 만끽하는 장면은 이 영화의 

하이라이트입니다.

- The big twist in the film is the moment when 

  he  dramatically escapes from Shawshank, 

  where break-out is thought to be next to 

  impossible. 

  The scene where he crawls through a filthy 

  sewage  pipe and reaches for the sky as he 

  rejoices at his  freedom is the movie's highlight.

주인공이 교도소장에게 복수해서 그가 마땅한 벌을 

받는 장면은 시청자들에게 유쾌상쾌통쾌함을 줍니다.

- The prison warden is well aware of the main 

  character's innocence, but keeps it under 

  wraps  so as to maintain his tax evasion. 

  The scenes where the main chararcter gets his 

  revenge on the warden, and the warden gets 

  his comeuppance do viewers' heart good.

Talk about the movie, “The Shawshank 

Redemption."

I first saw “The Shawshank Redemption” 

in 8th grade, and I was deeply moved by it.

Tim Robbins played the lead role in the film, 

a hotshot banker. 

He is falsely accused of murdering his wife, 

and he is locked up​ in Shawshank Prison. 

The prison is notorious for its hardened 

criminals and ruthless guards.

The big twist in the movie is when he 

dramatically escapes from Shawshank, 

which is thought to be almost impossible. 

The scene where he crawls through a filthy 

sewage pipe to escape and reaches 

for the sky as he rejoices at his freedom 

is the movie's highlight.

The prison warden is well aware of the main 

character's innocence, but keeps it under 

wraps in order to maintain his tax evasion. 

The viewer gets a thrill when the main 

character gets his revenge on the warden,

and the warden gets his comeuppance.​
