22:24. the commander ordered Paul｜to be taken into the barracks. He directed｜that he be flogged｜and questioned｜in order to find out｜ why the people were shouting at him｜like this.

행22:24 그러자 파견대장은 바울로를 병영 안으로 끌어 들이라고 명령하였다. 그리고 유다인들이 바울로를 향해서 그렇게 소리지르는 이유를 알려고 채찍질해서 조사해 보라고 하였다.

24. 千人隊長は パウロ を 兵營に 入れるように 命じ， 人¿がどうしてこれほど パウロに 對してわめき 立てるのかを 知るため， 鞭で 打ちたたいて 調べるようにと 言った．

24. the tribune commanded him to be brought into the barracks, and ordered him to be examined by scourging, to find out why they shouted thus against him.
