Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth billing that keeps businesses satisfied.
Customer Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued wholesale clients; Identify Customers skincare needs and finding the best solutions for them; Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to new and existing clients to generate sales.
Outside Sales: Generate new client base through cold calling and cold visits within own territory. Actively schedule calls and visits to build and develop a repeat-business customer base
Support office operations & logistics including filing, answering phones, processing orders, fulfilment, inventory replenishment and management etc.
Keeping accurate documentations and records of prospects and sales
Business Events: Attend trade shows and other business events.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Esthetics and Skincare background and knowledge are preferred
Bilingual (English and other languages-Chinese, Korean etc.) are preferred
2-3 years of outside sales experience is a plus
Should be energetic and reliable.
Able to present, promote and sell products/services
Ability to build rapport and close deals
Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle for assigned territory
Work closely with head office: report sales and communicate on a regular basis
