예레미야51장 말씀입니다.

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 예레미야51장1. {주}가 이같이 말하노라. 보라, 내가 멸망시키는 바람을 일으켜 바빌론을 치고 나를 대적하려고 일어나는 자들의     한가운데 거하는 자들을 치며Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will raise up against Babylon, and against them that dwell in the midst of them that rise up against me, a destroying wind; 2. 바빌론을 키질할 자들을 그녀에게 보내어 그녀의 땅을 비우게 하리니 고난의 날에 그들이 사방에서 그녀를 치리라.And will send unto Babylon fanners, that shall fan her, and shall empty her land: for in the day of trouble they shall be against her round about.3. 활을 쏘는 자는 활을 당기는 자를 향하여, 사슬 갑옷을 입고 우쭐대는 자를 향하여 자기 활을 당길지니라.     너희는 그녀의 젊은이들을 아끼지 말며 그녀의 온 군대를 진멸하라.Against [him that] bendeth let the archer bend his bow, and against [him that] lifteth himself up in his brigandine: and spare ye not her young men; destroy ye utterly all her host.4. 죽임 당한 자들이 갈대아 사람들의 땅에서 이같이 쓰러지며 꿰뚫린 자들이 그녀의 거리들에서 쓰러지리라.Thus the slain shall fall in the land of the Chaldeans, and [they that are] thrust through in her streets.5. 이스라엘과 유다의 땅이 이스라엘의 [거룩하신 이]를 대적한 죄로 가득할지라도 그들이 자기 [하나님] 만군의     {주}에게 버림을 받지 아니하였느니라.For Israel [hath] not [been] forsaken, nor Judah of his God, of the LORD of hosts; though their land was filled with sin against the Holy One of Israel.6. 바빌론의 한가운데서 나와 도망하고 각 사람이 자기 혼을 건질지어다. 이때는 {주}가 원수 갚는 때니 그녀의 불법    가운데서 끊어지지 말라. 그가 그녀에게 보응하리로다.Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this [is] the time of the LORDS vengeance; he will render unto her a recompence.7. 바빌론은 {주}의 손에 있는 금잔 곧 온 땅을 취하게 한 금잔이었도다. 민족들이 그녀의 포도주를 마셨으므로     미쳤도다.Babylon [hath been] a golden cup in the LORDS hand, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad.8. 바빌론이 갑자기 넘어져 멸망하였으니 그녀를 위하여 울부짖으라. 그녀의 고통으로 인하여 향유를 쓰라.     혹시 그녀가 나을 수도 있으리라.Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed.9. 우리가 바빌론을 치료하고자 하였으되 그녀가 치료되지 아니하였은즉 그녀를 버리고 우리 각 사람이 자기 본향으로    돌아가자. 그녀에 대한 심판이 하늘에까지 이르고 창공에까지 올라갔도다.We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up [even] to the skies.10. {주}께서 우리의 의를 내놓으셨으니, 오라, 우리가 시온에서 {주} 우리 [하나님]의 일을 밝히 알리자.The LORD hath brought forth our righteousness: come, and let us declare in Zion the work of the LORD our God.11. 화살들을 번쩍이게 하고 방패들을 모으라. {주}께서 메대 사람들의 왕들의 영을 일으키셨으니 그분의 계획은       바빌론을 치고 멸망시키는 것이로다. 그것은 {주}께서 원수 갚으시는 것이며 자신의 성전을 위해 원수 갚으시는       것이로다.Make bright the arrows; gather the shields: the LORD hath raised up the spirit of the kings of the Medes: for his device [is] against Babylon, to destroy it; because it [is] the vengeance of the LORD, the vengeance of his temple. 12. 바빌론의 성벽들 위에 군기를 세우라. 경계를 튼튼히 하고 파수꾼들을 세우며 복병들을 예비하라.       {주}께서 바빌론의 거주민들을 향해 말씀하신 것을 계획하시고 행하셨도다.Set up the standard upon the walls of Babylon, make the watch strong, set up the watchmen, prepare the ambushes: for the LORD hath both devised and done that which he spake against the inhabitants of Babylon. 13. 오 많은 물들 위에 거하며 보물이 풍부한 자여, 너의 끝 곧 너의 탐욕의 한계가 이르렀느니라.O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, [and] the measure of thy covetousness.14. 만군의 {주}께서 자신을 두고 맹세하여 이르시되, 내가 반드시 사람들로 너를 채우되 쐐기벌레로 채우는 것 같이      채우리니 그들이 너를 향하여 환호성을 높이리라, 하셨도다.The LORD of hosts hath sworn by himself, [saying], Surely I will fill thee with men, as with caterpillers; and they shall lift up a shout against thee. 15. 그분께서 자신의 권능으로 땅을 만드시고 자신의 지혜로 세상을 굳게 세우시며 자신의 명철로 하늘을 펼치셨도다.He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding.16. 그분께서 목소리를 내시니 하늘들에 많은 물이 생기고 그분께서 땅의 끝에서 수증기가 오르게 하시며 비와 함께      번개들을 만드시고 자신의 곳간들에서 바람을 내시는도다.When he uttereth [his] voice, [there is] a multitude of waters in the heavens; and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth: he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures. 17. 사람마다 자기 지식으로 말미암아 짐승같이 되고 주물공마다 새긴 형상으로 말미암아 당황하였나니 그가 부어       만든 형상은 거짓이며 그것들 속에는 호흡이 없도다.Every man is brutish by [his] knowledge; every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image [is] falsehood, and [there is] no breath in them. 18. 그것들은 헛된 것이요, 잘못 만든 것이니 그것들을 징벌하실 때에 그것들이 멸망하리라.They [are] vanity, the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish.19. 야곱의 몫은 그것들과 같지 아니하니 그분은 만물의 조성자시요, 이스라엘은 그분의 상속 막대기니라.      만군의 {주}가 그분의 이름이니라.The portion of Jacob [is] not like them; for he [is] the former of all things: and [Israel is] the rod of his inheritance: the LORD of hosts [is] his name.20. 너는 나의 싸우는 도끼요, 전쟁의 무기니 내가 너를 써서 민족들을 산산조각 내고 너를 써서 왕국들을 멸하리라.Thou [art] my battle axe [and] weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms; 21. 내가 너를 써서 말과 거기 탄 자를 산산조각 내고 너를 써서 병거와 거기 탄 자를 산산조각 내며And with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider;22. 또 너를 써서 남자와 여자를 산산조각 내고 너를 써서 늙은 자와 젊은 자를 산산조각 내며 너를 써서 청년과      처녀를 산산조각 내고With thee also will I break in pieces man and woman; and with thee will I break in pieces old and young; and with thee will I break in pieces the young man and the maid;23. 또 너를 써서 목자와 그의 양 떼를 산산조각 내며 너를 써서 농부와 그의 한 겨리 소들을 산산조각 내고 너를 써서      대장들과 치리자들을 산산조각 내리라.I will also break in pieces with thee the shepherd and his flock; and with thee will I break in pieces the husbandman and his yoke of oxen; and with thee will I break in pieces captains and rulers.24.너희 눈앞에서 바빌론과 갈대아의 모든 거주민이 시온에서 행한바 그들의 모든 악행을 내가 그들에게 갚아 주리라.     {주}가 말하노라.And I will render unto Babylon and to all the inhabitants of Chaldea all their evil that they have done in Zion in your sight, saith the LORD.25. {주}가 말하노라. 오 온 땅을 멸하는 멸망의 산아, 보라, 내가 너를 대적하노라. 내가 내 손을 네 위에 내밀어 너를      바위들로부터 굴러 내리게 하고 너로 하여금 불탄 산이 되게 하리니Behold, I [am] against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain.26. 그들이 네게서 모퉁이 돌이나 기초석을 취하지 아니할 것이요, 네가 영원히 황폐하게 되리라. {주}가 말하노라.And they shall not take of thee a stone for a corner, nor a stone for foundations; but thou shalt be desolate for ever, saith the LORD. 27. 너희는 그 땅에 군기를 세우고 민족들 가운데서 나팔을 불어 민족들을 예비하여 그녀를 치며 아라랏과 민니와       아스그나스의 왕국들을 함께 불러 그녀를 치고 대장을 세워 그녀를 치며 말들로 하여금 거센 쐐기벌레같이       올라오게 하라.Set ye up a standard in the land, blow the trumpet among the nations, prepare the nations against her, call together against her the kingdoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashchenaz; appoint a captain against her; cause the horses to come up as the rough caterpillers.28. 민족들을 예비하여 그녀를 치되 메대 사람들의 왕들과 그것의 대장들과 그것의 모든 치리자들과 그의 지배 하에      있는 모든 땅과 더불어 그리하라.Prepare against her the nations with the kings of the Medes, the captains thereof, and all the rulers thereof, and all the land of his dominion.29. 그 땅이 떨며 슬퍼하리니 {주}가 바빌론을 향해 의도한 것을 다 이행하여 바빌론 땅을 황폐하게 하고 거주민이       없게 하리라.And the land shall tremble and sorrow: for every purpose of the LORD shall be performed against Babylon, to make the land of Babylon a desolation without an inhabitant.30. 바빌론의 용사들이 싸우는 것을 그치고 자기들의 요새에 머물렀으니 그들이 기력이 쇠하여 여자들같이 되었도다.      그들이 그녀의 거처들을 불태웠으며 그녀의 문빗장들을 부수었도다.The mighty men of Babylon have forborn to fight, they have remained in [their] holds: their might hath failed; they became as women: they have burned her dwellingplaces; her bars are broken.31. 파발꾼은 다른 파발꾼을 맞으려고 달려가며 사자는 다른 사자를 맞으려고 달려가서 바빌론 왕에게 그의 도시가       한쪽 끝에서 점령당했음을 알리고One post shall run to meet another, and one messenger to meet another, to shew the king of Babylon that his city is taken at [one] end,32. 또 통로들이 막히고 그들이 갈대를 태웠으므로 군사들이 겁을 먹었음을 알리리라.And that the passages are stopped, and the reeds they have burned with fire, and the men of war are affrighted.33. 만군의 {주} 곧 이스라엘의 [하나님]이 이같이 말하노라. 바빌론의 딸이 타작마당 같으니 이제 그녀를 타작할 때가      되었도다. 조금 있으면 그녀를 수확할 때가 오리라.For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter of Babylon [is] like a threshingfloor, [it is] time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come. 34. 바빌론 왕 느부갓레살이 나를 삼키고 나를 짓눌렀으며 나를 빈 그릇으로 만들고 용같이 나를 삼켰도다.       그가 나의 맛있는 것으로 자기 배를 채우고 나를 쫓아내었은즉Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon hath devoured me, he hath crushed me, he hath made me an empty vessel, he hath swallowed me up like a dragon, he hath filled his belly with my delicates, he hath cast me out.35. 시온의 거주민이 말하기를, 나와 내 육체에게 행한 폭력이 바빌론에게 돌아갈지어다, 하고 예루살렘이 말하기를,      내 피가 갈대아의 거주민들에게 돌아갈지어다, 하리라.The violence done to me and to my flesh [be] upon Babylon, shall the inhabitant of Zion say; and my blood upon the inhabitants of Chaldea, shall Jerusalem say. 36. 그러므로 {주}가 이같이 말하노라. 보라, 내가 네 사정을 변호하고 너를 위해 원수를 갚으며 그녀의 바다를 마르게      하고 그녀의 샘들을 마르게 하리니Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will plead thy cause, and take vengeance for thee; and I will dry up her sea, and make her springs dry.37. 바빌론이 무더기가 되고 용들의 거처가 되며 거주민이 없어 놀랄 일과 비웃음거리가 되리라.And Babylon shall become heaps, a dwellingplace for dragons, an astonishment, and an hissing, without an inhabitant.38. 그들이 다 함께 사자같이 울부짖으며 사자 새끼같이 소리를 지르리라.They shall roar together like lions: they shall yell as lions whelps. 39. 그들의 열기가 오를 때에 내가 그들에게 잔치를 베풀고 그들을 취하게 하리니 그들이 기뻐하다가 영원히 잠들어      깨어나지 못하리라. {주}가 말하노라.In their heat I will make their feasts, and I will make them drunken, that they may rejoice, and sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the LORD.40. 내가 그들을 어린양들같이, 숫염소들과 함께하는 숫양들같이 도살장으로 데리고 내려가리라.I will bring them down like lambs to the slaughter, like rams with he goats.41. 어찌하여 세삭이 탈취를 당하였는가! 어찌하여 온 땅에서 칭송 받는 자가 놀라게 되었는가! 어찌하여 바빌론이       민족들 가운데서 놀랄 일이 되었는가!How is Sheshach taken! and how is the praise of the whole earth surprised! how is Babylon become an astonishment among the nations!42. 바다가 바빌론 위로 올라왔으므로 그녀가 바다의 많은 파도에 덮였도다.The sea is come up upon Babylon: she is covered with the multitude of the waves thereof.43. 그녀의 도시들은 황폐한 곳과 마른 땅과 광야와 또 안에 아무도 거하지 아니하고 사람의 아들도 곁으로 지나가지      아니하는 땅이 되었도다.Her cities are a desolation, a dry land, and a wilderness, a land wherein no man dwelleth, neither doth [any] son of man pass thereby.44. 내가 바빌론에서 벨을 벌하고 그가 삼킨 것을 그의 입에서 꺼내리니 민족들이 다시는 그에게로 다 같이 흘러가지      아니할 것이요, 참으로 바빌론 성벽이 무너지리라.And I will punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he hath swallowed up: and the nations shall not flow together any more unto him: yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall.45. 내 백성아, 너희는 그녀의 한가운데서 나올지어다. 너희는 각각 {주}의 맹렬한 분노로부터 자기 혼을 건질지어다.My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver ye every man his soul from the fierce anger of the LORD.46. 너희가 너희 마음을 약하게 하며 그 땅에서 들리는 소문을 두려워할까 염려하노라. 소문은 이 해에도 이르겠고 그      후에 다른 해에도 소문이 이를 것이요, 그 땅에 폭력이 있겠고 치리자가 치리자를 대적하리라.And lest your heart faint, and ye fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land; a rumour shall both come [one] year, and after that in [another] year [shall come] a rumour, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler. 47. 그러므로, 보라, 날들이 이르리니 내가 바빌론의 새긴 형상들에게 심판을 내리리라. 그녀의 온 땅이 당황하고      그녀의 죽임 당한 자들이 다 그녀의 한가운데서 쓰러지리라.Therefore, behold, the days come, that I will do judgment upon the graven images of Babylon: and her whole land shall be confounded, and all her slain shall fall in the midst of her. 48. 그때에 하늘과 땅과 그 안에 있는 모든 것이 바빌론으로 인하여 노래하리니 이는 노략하는 자들이 북쪽에서 나와       그녀에게 올 것이기 때문이라. {주}가 말하노라.Then the heaven and the earth, and all that [is] therein, shall sing for Babylon: for the spoilers shall come unto her from the north, saith the LORD.49. 바빌론이 이스라엘의 죽임 당한 자들을 쓰러지게 한 것 같이 온 땅의 죽임 당한 자들이 바빌론에서 쓰러지리라.As Babylon [hath caused] the slain of Israel to fall, so at Babylon shall fall the slain of all the earth. 50. 칼을 피한 자들아, 너희는 가만히 서 있지 말고 멀리 가라. 멀리서 {주}를 기억하고 예루살렘을 생각할지어다.Ye that have escaped the sword, go away, stand not still: remember the LORD afar off, and let Jerusalem come into your mind.51. 우리가 치욕을 들었으므로 당황하였고 타국인들이 {주}의 집의 성소들 안으로 들어왔으므로 수치가 우리의 얼굴을      덮었느니라.We are confounded, because we have heard reproach: shame hath covered our faces: for strangers are come into the sanctuaries of the LORDS house.52. 그러므로 {주}가 말하노라. 보라, 날들이 이르리니 내가 그녀의 새긴 형상들에게 심판을 내릴 터인즉 부상당한       자들이 그녀의 온 땅에서 두루 신음하리라.Wherefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will do judgment upon her graven images: and through all her land the wounded shall groan.53. 비록 바빌론이 하늘까지 올라가며 자기 세력의 탁월함을 강화할지라도 노략하는 자들이 내게서 나아가 그녀에게 이르리라. {주}가 말하노라.Though Babylon should mount up to heaven, and though she should fortify the height of her strength, [yet] from me shall spoilers come unto her, saith the LORD.54. 부르짖는 소리가 바빌론에서 나오며 큰 파멸이 갈대아 사람들의 땅에서 나오나니A sound of a cry [cometh] from Babylon, and great destruction from the land of the Chaldeans:55. 이는 {주}가 바빌론을 노략하고 그녀에게서 나오는 큰 소리를 멸하였기 때문이라. 그녀의 물결이 큰물들같이       울부짖을 때에 그들이 요란한 소리를 내나니Because the LORD hath spoiled Babylon, and destroyed out of her the great voice; when her waves do roar like great waters, a noise of their voice is uttered:56. 이는 노략하는 자가 그녀에게 곧 바빌론에게 이르렀기 때문이라. 그녀의 용사들이 붙잡히고 그들의 활이 다       부러졌나니 보응하는 {주} [하나님]이 반드시 보복하리라.Because the spoiler is come upon her, [even] upon Babylon, and her mighty men are taken, every one of their bows is broken: for the LORD God of recompences shall surely requite.57. 내가 그녀의 통치자들과 지혜로운 자들과 대장들과 치리자들과 용사들을 취하게 하리니 그들이 영원히 잠들어       깨지 못하리라. 만군의 {주}라는 이름의 [왕]이 말하노라.And I will make drunk her princes, and her wise [men], her captains, and her rulers, and her mighty men: and they shall sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the King, whose name [is] the LORD of hosts.58. 만군의 {주}가 이같이 말하노라. 바빌론의 넓은 성벽들은 철저히 부서지고 그녀의 높은 성문들은 불에 타며 그       백성은 헛되이 수고하고 사람들은 불 속에서 수고할 터인즉 그들이 지치리라.Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The broad walls of Babylon shall be utterly broken, and her high gates shall be burned with fire; and the people shall labour in vain, and the folk in the fire, and they shall be weary. 59. 유다 왕 시드기야의 통치 제사년에 마아세야의 손자요, 네리야의 아들인 스라야가 그 왕과 함께 바빌론으로 갈       때에 대언자 예레미야가 그에게 명령한 말이라. 이 스라야는 평온한 통치자더라.The word which Jeremiah the prophet commanded Seraiah the son of Neriah, the son of Maaseiah, when he went with Zedekiah the king of Judah into Babylon in the fourth year of his reign. And [this] Seraiah [was] a quiet prince. 60. 이와 같이 예레미야가 바빌론에게 닥칠 모든 재앙 곧 바빌론을 향하여 기록된 이 모든 말씀을 책 한 권에 기록하고So Jeremiah wrote in a book all the evil that should come upon Babylon, [even] all these words that are written against Babylon.61. 스라야에게 말하기를, 네가 바빌론에 이르거든 살펴서 이 모든 말씀을 읽고And Jeremiah said to Seraiah, When thou comest to Babylon, and shalt see, and shalt read all these words;62. 그때에 이르되, 오 {주}여, 주께서 이곳을 끊으시려고 이곳을 대적하여 말씀하시기를 사람이나 짐승이나 아무것도      그 안에 남지 아니하고 그곳이 영원토록 황폐하리라 하셨나이다, 하라.Then shalt thou say, O LORD, thou hast spoken against this place, to cut it off, that none shall remain in it, neither man nor beast, but that it shall be desolate for ever. 63. 또 너는 이 책 읽기를 마친 뒤에 그 책에 돌을 묶어 유프라테스 한가운데로 그것을 던지며And it shall be, when thou hast made an end of reading this book, [that] thou shalt bind a stone to it, and cast it into the midst of Euphrates:64. 말하기를, 바빌론이 이같이 가라앉고 내가 그녀에게 내릴 재앙으로부터 벗어나 일어나지 못하리라.       그들이 지치리라, 하라, 하니라. 예레미야의 말들이 여기까지라.And thou shalt say, Thus shall Babylon sink, and shall not rise from the evil that I will bring upon her: and they shall be weary. Thus far [are] the words of Jeremiah.
