Through the 2024 Italian seminar from June 1 to 3, I tried my best to help participants experience and understand "Involuntary Body Movement," building on the fundamentals emphasized at the USA SEMINAR 2024.

Emphasis on the Importance of Basics at the 2024 USA Seminar

This was to help them realize and perceive how the body moves automatically and naturally through their own experiences.

As we experience it, we can look at ourselves completely from a third-party perspective.

This means we can
*forget ourselves,
*empty our minds,
*achieve oneness with the light of nature,
*commune with the love of nature, and *understand the concepts and reality of Meditation (명상)
with °Even Breathing (고른 호흡) and °Normal Mind (ordinary state of mind, 평상심).

However, no matter how much we try to empty our minds or forget ourselves, we can not fully achieve this state by force.

Only by experiencing involuntary body movements can one realize them, aligning automatically and naturally with nature, even recognizing the formation of the Trinity.

That's why I always say that Jinyoung Ssangkum Ryu HK is the pinnacle or elite of martial arts, as a superior concept, revealing the secret for the first time in the 21st century.

I was happy to see many of them able to understand and perform Involuntary Body Movement, even if it was their first time joining and training in Haedong Kumdo.

I hope they will be able to grow their abilities through HK training.
