Refraining grom scheming ... Article 266. 不謨(불모)는 꾀를 쓰지 않아도 사람들과 화합하는 것이다.  " Bulmo(不謀,불모)" means harmonizing with people naturally without resorting      to schemes or artifice. 상서러운 구름이 하늘에 있어서 스스로 안정되고 스스로 합하여져  Just as auspicious clouds in the sky naturally settle and coalesce on their own,  지체됨과 방해됨이 없는 것은 哲人(철인)이 처신함과 같다.  proceeding without delay or hindrance reflects the way a wise person(sage)   conducts themselves. 사람에게 불화가 없으면 꾀를 쓰지 않아도 화합하게 된다.  When there is no discord within a achieved naturally without employing schemes.  [Original Text, 원문] 不謨者는 不謨和於人也라 (불모자는 불모화어인야라) "Not using schemes(Bulmo-不謀,불모)" means harmonizing with people without planning or scheme.   瑞雲在所에 自舒自合하여 (서운재소에 자서자합하여)  Wherever auspicious clouds exist, they naturally unfold and coalesce on their own, 無滯無礙者는 哲人之處己也니 (무체무애자는 철인지처기야니)  and being without delay or hindrance is the way a wise person(sage) conducts oneself. 於人에 無不和故로 不謨和니라. (어인에 무불화고로 불모화니라.)  Because there is no discord toward others, harmony is achieved without relying on schemes.  [Explanation, 풀이] 진정으로 전쟁을 잘하는 사람은 전쟁을 하지 않고 전쟁에서 이긴다. A person who is truly skilled in warfare wins the war without fighting.  무기는 결국 흉기로서 그것은 언제 방향을 바꾸어 자신을 향할지 모르기 때문에 무기를 사용하는 것은 이미 반은 전쟁에서 진 것이다.  Because weapons are ultimately lethal instruments that could turn back against oneself  at any moment, relying on weapons means one has already lost halr the battle. 마찬가지로 꾀로서 남과 화합하려는 시도는 이미 반은 화합에 실패한 것이다.  Likewise, attempting to achieve harmony with others through schemes and artifice means one has already failed halfway in achieving true harmony.
