Sorry to hear that. I have no idea any good doctor office to recommend, but if u look up the Internet , you would find many good doctors. It is common surgery to remove swollen tonsils. Hope she a good luck.

편도선은 이비인후과 전문의 진료로 종합병원에 이비인후과이면 좋으나, 비교적 간단한 수술 중에 하나이기에 병실이 있는 일반병원에서도 수술 많이하는 걸로 압니다
