LABOUR CONTRACT

Rights: ㆍTransportation to work. ㆍCollective welfare. ㆍPromotion tests, rewards, professional training inside or outside the country ; scientific and technological co-operation with organizations inside or outside the country. ㆍ Redundancy compensation payments in accordance with laws on labour. Article 4 Obligations and powers of the employer: 1. Obligations: ㆍTo fulfil the required conditions as agreed in the labour contract in order to ensure the occupational safety, hygiene and convenience of the employee. 2. Powers: To transfer employees, interrupt temporarily the employee's work, cancel temporarily or terminate the contract; apply disciplinary measures as stipulated in laws on labour.
