비탈모인과 탈모인의 두피유형 비교분석 Comparative analysis of scalp type between Alopecia and Non-alopecia
This study was performed alopecia and non-alopecia comparative analysis to identify the biological malfunction of the scalp and hair of the scalp caused by lowering the Questionable preventive provide you with the basic data was performed. This study was performed between May, 2013 and March, 2014 in 141 male & 168 female adults who lived in Seoul & Kyung-gi area for 11 months who suffered from scalp problem, suspicion of hair loss or alopecia to classified alopecia and non-alopecia using Ogata classification and Ludwig classification. They were assorted into non-alopecia, the early stage of hair loss and the middle of the hair loss except under age 20's. The comparative analysis of alopecia and non-alopecia through the frequency analysis got the results as follows to categorize general characteristics, comparative characteristic of scalp and characteristic of stage of alopecia.
First, the results of analyzing general characteristics of subjects showed 72.82% of alopecia, 27.18% of non-alopecia, and 32.36% of age 20's, 32.36% of age 30's, 16.83% of age 40's and 18.45% of age over 50's. So there showed in ages of hair loss is decreased.
Second, the results of comparative analyzing scalp type of subjects showed 65.25% of oily scalp, 18.44% of normal scalp, 16.31% of dry scalp in men, and 53.57% of oily scalp, 29.76% of dry scalp and 16.67% of normal scalp in women.
Third, the results of analyzing scalp type of subjects according to age showed highest percentage in age 20's; 63.00% of oily scalp in age 20's, 62.00% in age 30's, 61.54% in age 40's, and 43.86% in age over 50's of subjects. Otherwise, it showed decrease in secretion of sebum rising age in dry scalp; 25.00% of age 20's, 19.23% of age 40's, 31.58% of age 50's oder.
Fourth, the results of differences of scalp type according to secretion of sebum of alopecia and non-alopecia of subjects showed 63.10% of oily scalp, 22.62% of dry scalp, 14.29% of neutral scalp among non-alopecia, and 57.33% of oily scalp, 24% of dry scalp, 18.67% of neutral scalp among alopecia. Therefore, there were differences in scalp type between alopecia and non-alopecia that alopecia were lower than non-alopecia of oily scalp percentage, and increased of percentage of neutral and dry scalp.
Finally, among the results of comparison of dead skin cell condition, there were 54.76% of neutral scalp, 22.62% of hyper-keratinization condition, 22.62% of sensitive condition in non-alopecia, and there were 44.44% of neutral scalp, 35.29% of sensitive condition, 20.26% of hyper-keratinization in early alopecia. In the middle of alopecia, there were 47.22% of sensitive condition, 37.50% of neutral scalp, 15.28% of hyper-keratinization, they showed a lot of sensitive scalp in the alopecia group. According to the above study, this study checked that dry scalp, sensitive scalp showed higher in compared to the people with alopecia than non-alopecia.
