Haeundae Arboretum, the best date spot for couples!

‘Haeundae Arboretum’, just hearing the name is refreshing. 

There are green trees, pretty flowers, a pond, a winding path, and pavilions here and there. 

There is such a secret(?) flower garden in Haeundae-gu! 

What is surprising is that this arboretum was originally a ‘Seokdae waste landfill (1987-1993).’ It was once a hated facility, but is now being transformed into an arboretum loved by everyone. 

The advantage of this arboretum is that it has a large area. At 190,000 pyeong, it is 1.4 times larger than Busan Citizens Park.  The next thing is that even though it is wide, it has beautiful harmony. However, what is disappointing is that the opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. When it is finally completed in 2025, it is likely that it will be open 24 hours a day.

Haeundae Arboretum will soon become a popular picnic spot for families and the best date spot in Busan for couples.

해운대수목원, 연인을 위한 최고의 데이트 명소!

'해운대수목원( Haeundae Arboretum)', 이름만 들어도 시원하다. 푸른 나무들과 예쁜 꽃들,  연못도 있고 꼬불꼬불 오솔길도 있고, 군데군데 정자도 있다. 

해운대구에 이런 비밀(?)의 화원이 있다니! 

놀라운 점은 이 수목원이 애당초 '석대쓰레기 매립장(1987~1993)'이었다는 사실이다. 한때는 혐오 시설이었지만, 지금은 모두에게 사랑받는 수목원으로 변신하는 중이다. 

이 수목원의 장점은 우선 면적이 넓다. 19만 평으로 부산시민공원 보다 무려 1.4배나 넓다. 다음으로 넓은데도 아름다운 하모니가 느껴진다는 점이다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 개장 시간이 오전 9시에서 오후 5시까지인 점이다.  2025년 최종 준공이 되면, 24시간 개장하는 날도 올 것 같다.

조만간 해운대수목원이 가족끼리 피크닉 명소로, 연인들에겐 부산 최고의 데이트 명소가 될 것 같다.
