Bible Reading - Philippians 4:10~20

4:10 I rejoice greatly in the Lord that at last you have renewed your concern for me. 

너희들이 마침내 나를 향한 관심을 다시 나타내는 것을 보고 나는 주 안에서 크게 기뻐한다.

Indeed, you have been concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it.

참으로, 너희들은 걱정을 했지만 그것을 표현할 기회가 없었다.

4:11 I am not saying this because I am in need, 나는 내가 궁핍하기에 이것을 말하는 것이 아니라

for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.

나는 어떠한 상황에서도 만족하는 법을 배웠다.

4:12 I know what it is to be in need, 나는 도움이 필요한 것이 무엇인지 알고 있으며

 and I know what it is to have plenty. 그리고 풍요로움이 어떤 것인지 알고 있다.

I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation,

나는 어떤 상황에서도 만족하는 비결을 배웠다.

whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.

배부르든 배고프든, 풍족하게 살든 가난하게 살든.

4:13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

나는 내게 능력을 주시는 그 분을 통하여 모든 것을 할 수 있다.

4:14 Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles.

하지만 너희들이 내 고민을 나눠준 건 정말 고마운 일이다.

4:15 Moreover, as you Philippians know, 게다가 너희 빌립보인들이 아는 것처럼 

in the early days of your acquaintance with the gospel, 너희들이 복음을 처음 접했을 때,

when I set out from Macedonia, 내가 마케도니아에서 출발했을 때,

not one church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only;

주고 받는 일에 나와 뜻을 같이한 교회는 너희 외에는 하나도 없었다.

4:16 for even when I was in Thessalonica, you sent me aid again and again when I was in need.

내가 데살로니가에 있을 때에도, 내가 궁핍할 때마다 너희들은 거듭거듭 내게 도움을 보내주었다.

4:17 Not that I am looking for a gift, but I am looking for what may be credited to your account.

내가 선물을 찾는 것은 아니지만, 너희들의 계좌에 적립될 수 있는 금액을 찾고 있다.

4:18 I have received full payment and even more; 나는 전액을 받았고 그 이상도 받았다.

I am amply supplied, 나는 충분히 공급받는다.

now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. 

지금 나는 에바브로디도로 부터 너희가 보낸 선물을 받았다.

They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.

그것들은(선물들) 향기로운 헌금이요, 받으실 수 있는 희생제물이요, 하나님을 기쁘시게 한 것이다. 

4:19 And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

그리고 나의 하나님께서 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 그의 영광스러운 부요하심에 따라 너희의 모든 필요들을 채우실(만나실) 것이다. 

4:20 To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

우리 하나님 아버지께 영원 영원히 영광이 있으리라. 아멘
