There are lots of good habits and bad habits. I think good habit is good for our health or exciting to do. And I think bad habits are bad for our health and boring. My opinion of good habit is exercise. We can improve our health by exercising. There are soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and badminton. There are lots of we can do for our health. Also it makes our friendship. Sport is one team one spirit. We can stress out with exercising.
But there are also lots of bad habits. I think it is no plan, no exercise, and no concentration. If we don't make any plan, we don't know what to do. Also it makes me more lazy. Because I don't know what to do now, so I want to watct TV, and surfing the internet. And if we don't exercise we can get fat and unhealthy. I think we must exercise. We have to keep our health our self not other people.

I think we must exercise to keep our body fit and healthy. We know that good habits have a big difference to bad habits that is why we need to maintain our good habits to have a healthy life. We should avoid bad habit that can cause illness.
