Established Asian food import distribution office seeking an Administrative Support Clerk. The ideal candidate will an individual who is a fast learner, detailed orientate, and able to work independently.
Duties includes:
Assist and manage in reconciliation of customer accounts
Document preparation and filing
General office administration
Required Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Autonomy
Good interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of additional languages would be advantegous.
Work hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm (Full time or Part time both possible)
