2) 줄 때의 마음가짐 - 2

주는 데는 어떻게 줘야 되느냐? 먹다 남은 찌꺼기를 줘서는 안 됩니다. 알겠어요? 먹다 남은 찌꺼기를 주게 되면 먹고 나서도 기분 나빠 침을 뱉는다구요.

떡을 주더라도, 다섯 개가 있으면 다섯 개 가운데 이것 저것 들었다 놓았다 하다가 줄 때는, 차라리 안 주는 것보다 더 기분 나쁘다는 거라구요. 이렇게 되는 거라구요. 안 준 것보다 나쁘다는 거예요.

남에게 주는 데 있어서 다섯 개가 있으면 절반쯤 그냥 집어 주면 그래도 고맙다고 하지, 이것저것 집었다가 주면, 신세를 지는 사람이 신세 지고 나서 평한다구요. 이렇게 되는 거라구요. 그렇기 때문에 주는 데에는 어떻게 주느냐? 하나님과 더불어 주라는 거예요. (60-170) 

하나님과 더불어 주는 것은 어떤 것이냐? 부모의 심정을 가진 것입니다. 부모의 심정을 가지고 종의 몸을 쓰고…. 몸은 왜 종의 몸을 써야 되느냐? 종을 구하려니 종 이상의 종이 돼야 된다구요.

세상에 있는 인간들이 종의 자식들이 아닙니까? 그런 종을 하나님이 구하려고 하니, 하나님이 종을 사랑하려니 얼마나 어렵겠느냐 이거예요. 그게 쉬울 것 같아요? (60-171)

2) 与える時の心の持ち方 - 2

与える時にはどのように与えなければならないのでしょうか。 食べて残った、残りかすを与えてはいけないのです。分かりましたか。 食べたあとの残りをあげるとすれば、食べたあと気分が悪くてつばを吐くのです。

もちをあげるとしても、五つあったとして五つのうちあれこれと取っては置いて取っては置いて、あげる時にはむしろあげないことよりも気分が悪くなるというのです。そのようになっているのです。

あげなかったことよりも悪いというのです。人にあげる時には、五つがあれば半分ほどそのままつまんであげれば、それで「ありがとう」と言うのであり、あれこれとつまんで見てあげたとすれば、世話を受けた人が世話を受けたあと批判するというのです。

そのようになっているのです。それゆえ、与える時にはどのように与えるのですか。 神様と共に与えなさいというのです。（六〇―一七〇）

神様と共に与えるとは、どういうことですか。 父母の心情をもつということです。父母の心情をもち、僕の体を使って……。どうして僕の体を使わなければならないのですか。僕を求めようとすれば、僕以上の僕にならなければならないのです。

この世の中の人々は、僕の子供たちではありませんか？　そのような僕を神様は救おうとしており、神様が僕を愛そうとしているのだから、どれほど難しいことなのかというのです。（六〇―一七一）

2) Attitude to Have When You are Giving - 2

When you give, how should you give? You should not give the leftovers. Do you understand? If you give what is left over from you meal, then even after eating it, people will feel disgusted and spit.

When you are giving rice cakes, for example, if you take long time to select one out of the five, picking one up and then putting it down and then picking another, then it is worse than not giving at all. This is how it is. It is worse than not giving at all.

When you give to others, if there are five, then you should have no hesitation in picking up half of them and hand them over.

Then, people will thank you, yet if you are so hesitant and picky, then people will judge you even after they become indebted to you. This is how it is. For this reason, how are to give? You are to give together with God. (60-170) 

What does giving together with God mean? It is possessing the heart of parents. Possessing the heart of parents and being in the body of a servant . . . Why do you need to have the body of a servant?

Because you are trying to save servants, you have to become more like a servant than a servant. Aren't the people in the world the children of servants? Since God is trying to save these servants, since God is trying to love servants, imagine how difficult it must be. Do you think that it is easy? (60-171)
