                   Hiding and overlooking things worthy of blame / reproach... Item 275.

藏呵(장가)는 너그럽게 화합하여  책망할 것을 숨기어 감추는 것이다.

  Jangga(藏呵,장가) means harmonizing with generosity to hide and cover up faults

  that deserve blame.

약한 사람의 너그러움은 사람들이 경계할 줄을 모르게 된다.

  When a weak person shows generosity, people fail to learn caution(or alertness).

부드러운 사람의 너그러움은 은혜를 알지 못한다.

  When a gentle person shows generosity, people fail to recognize it as a favor.

사나운 사람의 너그로움은 도리어 사람을 치게 된다.

  When a harsh(fierce) person shows generosity, it ends up hurting others instead.

오로지 책망할 것을 숨기는 너그러움이라야 사람들이 스스로 존경하여 복종하니
어진 사람이라야 능히 할 수 있는 것이다.

  Only the generosity that conceals faults inspires people to voluntarily respect and obey;

  thus, only a truly benevolent person can achieve this.

藏呵者는 寬和而藏隱呵也라 (장가자는 관화이장은가야라)

  Jangga(Concealing Faults) means harmonizing with generosity to hide and cover up

   faults that deserve blame.

弱之寬은 人不知警하고 (약지관은 인부지경하고)

  The generosity of a weak person leaves people unaware of the need for caution;

柔之寬은 人不知惠하며 (유지관은 인부지혜하며)
  The generosity of a gentle person leaves people unaware of it as a favor;

猛之寬은 人反伐之하고 (맹지관은 인반벌지하고)

  The generosity of a fierce(harsh) person results in people turning against them instead;

惟藏呵之寬은 人自敬服이니 仁者能之니라. (유장가지관은 인바경복이니 인자능지니라.)

  Only the generosity that conceals faults moves people to respect and obey voluntarily;

   thus, only a benevoient person can practice it.
