2) 줄 때의 마음가짐 - 4

사람을 사랑하는 데는 무엇을 투입하더라도 생각하지 말라! 아까워 하지 말라! 무엇을 투입했는지 기억하지 말라! 더 주고 싶다….

그렇기 때문에 여러분이 먹을 것이 좋은 게 생겼을 때, 숨어 가지고 혼자 먹는 사람이라면, 에이, 급살맞을 책임자라는 거예요.

먹을 것이 있으면 그걸 먹지 않고 두었다가, 아, 내가 먹지 못하더라도 주고 싶고, 혼자 못 먹겠다고 식구들을 생각하고, 그럴 수 있는 사람이 되고 말이예요. 그러한 부모의 마음을 갖춘 책임자가 돼야 되는 거라구요. (70-166) 

엄마가 아들딸을 젖 먹여 기르면서 '내가 젖을 먹이는 것은 그 몇 배의 대가를 받아 내기 위해서 먹이는 것이다' 하는 생각을 해요? 더 주지 못해서 애타는 것입니다.

주고 나서도 더 좋은 것을 주지 못해서 눈물짓는 부모의 마음이 영원히 가는 것이라구요. 해주고 나서도 다시 더 좋은 것을 주고 싶은데 없어서 못 주는 애달픈 마음을 가지고 돌아서면서 눈물을 머금을 수 있는 부모는 그 아들을 효자로 만들지 못하는 법이 없는 것입니다.

그러한 심정의 곳이 복귀의 노정입니다. 그 노정을 떠나 가지고는 복귀는 절대 안 되는 거예요. (46-173)

2) 与える時の心の持ち方 - 4

人を愛する時に何を投入したとしても、それを考えるな！　もったいないと思うな！　何を投入したかと記憶するな！　もっと与えてあげたい……。

それゆえに、皆さんが食べるのに良いものが出てきたとき、隠れて一人で食べる人間ならば、死んでしまわなければならない責任者だというのです。

食べる物があればそれを食べないで取っておいて、ああ私が食べられなくても与えてあげたいし、一人で食べるわけにはいかないと、食口のことを思うことができる人になるように、という話です。そのような父母の心情を備える責任者にならなければならないというのです。（七〇―一六六）

お母さんが息子、娘たちに乳を飲ませて育てながら「私が乳を飲ませるのは、その何倍もの代価を得るために飲ませるのだ」というように考えますか。 もっと与えることができず、切なくてたまらないのです。

与えたあとも、より良いものを与えることができずに涙ぐむ父母の心が、永遠に存続するものだというのです。

してあげたあとも、再びもっと良い物を与えてあげたいのに、それがなくて与えられないという切ない気持ちをもち、後ろを向いて涙をのむことのできる父母は、その息子を孝子に育てられないという法はないのです。

そのような心情の場が復帰の路程です。その心情を離れては復帰は絶対にできないのです。（四六―一七三）

2) Attitude to Have When You are Giving - 4

When you love people, no matter what the investment you have just made is, you should not think about it. You should not regret. You should not remember what you have invested! I want to give more . . .

Therefore, when you have something good to eat, if you are eating it hiding out somewhere alone, then you are a leader who is to going to die immediately.

If you have something to eat, then you should not eat it but save it, and wishing to give it to someone even if you cannot eat it yourself, and thinking about members because you cannot eat it. 

This is the type of person that you should become. You have to become leaders who have nurtured this type of parental heart. (970-166) 

When a mother feeds her children on her breast, do they think, "I am feeding them because I want to take back many times more from them in the future?"

They are uneasy because they cannot give any more. What lasts for eternity is the heart of parents which sheds tears after giving something to the child because they cannot give something better.

After doing so, although they want to give more but they cannot because they simple don't have any more, they will be moved to tears by this uneasy heart.

This type of parent will surely educate their children to be filial. The process of restoration is the place where this heart is. Restoration becomes impossible when one leaves this course. (46-173)
