열왕기하23장 말씀입니다.

[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 열왕기하23장

1. 왕이 사람들을 보내니 그들이 유다와 예루살렘의 모든 장로를 왕에게로 모으니라.

And the king sent, and they gathered unto him all the elders of Judah and of Jerusalem.

2. 왕이 {주}의 집에 올라가매 모든 유다 사람과 모든 예루살렘 거주민과 제사장들과 대언자들과 온 백성이 큰 자든

    작은 자든 다 왕과 함께하였으며 그가 {주}의 집에서 발견한 언약 책의 모든 말씀을 그들의 귀에 낭독하니라.

And the king went up into the house of the LORD, and all the men of Judah and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem with him, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the people, both small and great: and he read in their ears all the words of the book of the covenant which was found in the house of the LORD. 

3. 또 왕이 기둥 옆에 서서 마음을 다하고 혼을 다하여 {주}를 따라 걸으며 그분의 명령과 증언과 법규를 지키고 이 책에

    기록된 이 언약의 말씀들을 수행하기로 {주} 앞에서 언약을 맺으매 온 백성이 그 언약을 고수하니라.

And the king stood by a pillar, and made a covenant before the LORD, to walk after the LORD, and to keep his commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all [their] heart and all [their] soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people stood to the covenant.

4. 왕이 대제사장 힐기야와 둘째 서열의 제사장들과 문을 지키는 자들에게 명령하여 바알과 작은 숲과 하늘의 모든

    군대를 위하여 만든 모든 그릇을 {주}의 성전에서 내가게 하니라. 그가 예루살렘 밖의 기드론 밭에서 그것들을

    불태우며 그것들의 재를 벧엘로 가져가고

And the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the door, to bring forth out of the temple of the LORD all the vessels that were made for Baal, and for the grove, and for all the host of heaven: and he burned them without Jerusalem in the fields of Kidron, and carried the ashes of them unto Bethel.

5. 또 전에 유다의 왕들이 임명하여 유다의 도시들에 있는 산당들과 예루살렘 주변의 장소들에서 분향하게 한 우상

    숭배 제사장들을 제거하며 또 바알과 해와 달과 행성들과 하늘의 모든 군대에게 분향한 자들을 제거하니라.

And he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven. 

6. 또 그가 {주}의 집에서 작은 숲을 끄집어내어 예루살렘 밖의 기드론 시내로 가져다가 기드론 시내에서 불태우며

    그것을 빻아서 작게 가루를 만들어 그 가루를 백성의 자녀들의 무덤들에 뿌리고

And he brought out the grove from the house of the LORD, without Jerusalem, unto the brook Kidron, and burned it at the brook Kidron, and stamped [it] small to powder, and cast the powder thereof upon the graves of the children of the people.

7. 또 {주}의 집 옆에 있던 남색 하는 자들의 집들을 헐었는데 그곳은 여인들이 작은 숲을 위하여 현수막들을 짜는

    장소였더라.

And he brake down the houses of the sodomites, that [were] by the house of the LORD, where the women wove hangings for the grove. 

8. 또 그가 유다의 도시들에서 모든 제사장을 데려오고 또 그 제사장들이 분향하던 산당들을 게바에서부터 브엘세바에

    이르기까지 더럽게 하며 또 성문들의 산당들을 헐어 버렸는데 그것들은 그 도시의 감독자 여호수아의 대문 어귀 곧

    도시의 문에서 사람의 왼쪽에 있었더라.

And he brought all the priests out of the cities of Judah, and defiled the high places where the priests had burned incense, from Geba to Beersheba, and brake down the high places of the gates that [were] in the entering in of the gate of Joshua the governor of the city, which [were] on a mans left hand at the gate of the city.

9. 그럼에도 불구하고 산당들의 제사장들은 예루살렘에 있는 {주}의 제단에 올라가지 아니하고 다만 자기들의 형제들

    가운데서 누룩 없는 빵을 먹었더라.

Nevertheless the priests of the high places came not up to the altar of the LORD in Jerusalem, but they did eat of the unleavened bread among their brethren.

10.또 왕이 힌놈의 자손들의 골짜기에 있는 도벳을 더럽게 하여 아무도 몰렉을 위하여 자기 아들이나 딸을 불 가운데로

     지나가게 하지 못하게 하니라.

And he defiled Topheth, which [is] in the valley of the children of Hinnom, that no man might make his son or his daughter to pass through the fire to Molech.

11. 또 그가 유다의 왕들이 태양을 위하여 드린 말들을 제거하였는데 이 말들은 {주}의 집의 어귀에 곧 그 도시의 주변

      지역에 있던 시종장 나단멜렉의 방 곁에 있던 것들이더라. 또 그가 태양 수레를 불태우고

And he took away the horses that the kings of Judah had given to the sun, at the entering in of the house of the LORD, by the chamber of Nathanmelech the chamberlain, which [was] in the suburbs, and burned the chariots of the sun with fire. 

12. 유다의 왕들이 아하스의 다락방 꼭대기에 세운 제단들과 므낫세가 {주}의 집 두 뜰에 세운 제단들을 왕이 다 헐고

      거기서 그것들을 부수어 그것들의 가루를 기드론 시내에 쏟아 버리고

And the altars that [were] on the top of the upper chamber of Ahaz, which the kings of Judah had made, and the altars which Manasseh had made in the two courts of the house of the LORD, did the king beat down, and brake [them] down from thence, and cast the dust of them into the brook Kidron. 

13. 또 예루살렘 앞에 있던 산당들 곧 부패의 산 오른쪽에 있던 산당들을 더럽게 하였는데 그것들은 전에 이스라엘 왕

      솔로몬이 시돈 사람들의 가증한 신 아스다롯과 모압 족속의 가증한 신 그모스와 암몬 자손의 가증한 신 밀곰을

      위하여 세운 것들이더라.

And the high places that [were] before Jerusalem, which [were] on the right hand of the mount of corruption, which Solomon the king of Israel had builded for Ashtoreth the abomination of the Zidonians, and for Chemosh the abomination of the Moabites, and for Milcom the abomination of the children of Ammon, did the king defile. 

14. 또 그가 형상들을 산산조각 내고 작은 숲들을 베어 내며 사람의 뼈로 그들의 처소들을 채웠더라.

And he brake in pieces the images, and cut down the groves, and filled their places with the bones of men. 

15. 또한 벧엘에 있던 제단과 또 이스라엘로 하여금 죄를 짓게 한 느밧의 아들 여로보암이 전에 만든 산당 곧 그 제단과

      산당을 왕이 헐고 또 그 산당을 불태우고 빻아서 가루로 만들며 또 작은 숲을 불태웠더라.

Moreover the altar that [was] at Bethel, [and] the high place which Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin, had made, both that altar and the high place he brake down, and burned the high place, [and] stamped [it] small to powder, and burned the grove.

16. 요시야가 몸을 돌이켜 거기에 그 산에 있던 돌무덤들을 염탐하고 사람을 보내어 그 돌무덤들에서 뼈들을 가져다가

      제단 위에서 태워 그 [하나님]의 사람이 선포한 {주}의 말씀대로 그 제단을 더럽게 하니라. 그 사람이 이 말들을

      선포하였더라.

And as Josiah turned himself, he spied the sepulchres that [were] there in the mount, and sent, and took the bones out of the sepulchres, and burned [them] upon the altar, and polluted it, according to the word of the LORD which the man of God proclaimed, who proclaimed these words.

17.그때에 요시야가 이르되, 내가 보는 저것은 무슨 비석이냐? 하매 그 도시의 사람들이 그에게 고하되, 그것은 왕께서

     벧엘의 제단을 향해 행하신 이 일들을 선포하려고 유다에서 왔던 [하나님]의 사람의 돌무덤이니이다, 하니

Then he said, What title [is] that that I see? And the men of the city told him, [It is] the sepulchre of the man of God, which came from Judah, and proclaimed these things that thou hast done against the altar of Bethel.

18. 그가 이르되, 그를 그대로 두고 아무도 그의 뼈를 옮기지 못하게 하라, 하매 이에 그들이 사마리아에서 온 대언자의

      뼈와 함께 그의 뼈를 그대로 두었더라.

And he said, Let him alone; let no man move his bones. So they let his bones alone, with the bones of the prophet that came out of Samaria. 

19. 전에 이스라엘 왕들이 사마리아의 도시들에 만들어 {주}의 분노를 일으킨 산당들의 집들도 요시야가 다 제거하되

      자기가 벧엘에서 행한 모든 일대로 그것들에게 행하고

And all the houses also of the high places that [were] in the cities of Samaria, which the kings of Israel had made to provoke [the LORD] to anger, Josiah took away, and did to them according to all the acts that he had done in Bethel.

20. 또 거기에 있던 산당들의 제사장들을 다 제단들 위에서 죽인 뒤 사람들의 뼈를 제단들 위에서 태우고 예루살렘으로

      돌아왔더라.

And he slew all the priests of the high places that [were] there upon the altars, and burned mens bones upon them, and returned to Jerusalem. 

21. 왕이 온 백성에게 명령하여 이르되, 이 언약 책에 기록된 대로 {주} 너희 [하나님]께 유월절을 지키라, 하니라.

And the king commanded all the people, saying, Keep the passover unto the LORD your God, as [it is] written in the book of this covenant.

22. 이스라엘을 재판하던 재판관들의 시대부터 이스라엘 왕들의 시대에든지 유다 왕들의 시대에든지 이와 같이

      유월절을 지킨 적이 참으로 없었더라.

Surely there was not holden such a passover from the days of the judges that judged Israel, nor in all the days of the kings of Israel, nor of the kings of Judah;

23. 그러나 요시야 왕의 제십팔년에 예루살렘에서 {주}께 이 유월절을 지켰더라.

But in the eighteenth year of king Josiah, [wherein] this passover was holden to the LORD in Jerusalem.

24. 또 요시야가 유다 땅과 예루살렘에서 부리는 영들과 함께 일하는 자와 마술사와 형상과 우상과 모든 가증한 것을

  찾아내어 제거하였으니 이것은 제사장 힐기야가 {주}의 집에서 발견한 책에 기록된 율법의 말씀들을 그가 수행하고자

  함이었더라.

Moreover the [workers with] familiar spirits, and the wizards, and the images, and the idols, and all the abominations that were spied in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem, did Josiah put away, that he might perform the words of the law which were written in the book that Hilkiah the priest found in the house of the LORD. 

25. 요시야와 같이 모세의 모든 율법대로 자기의 마음을 다하고 혼을 다하고 힘을 다하여 {주}께로 돌아선 왕은 그

      이전에도 없었고 그 이후에도 그와 같은 자가 일어나지 아니하였더라.

And like unto him was there no king before him, that turned to the LORD with all his heart, and with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the law of Moses; neither after him arose there [any] like him.

26. 그럼에도 불구하고 {주}께서 유다를 향해 타오르게 하신바 자신의 그 크고 맹렬한 진노를 돌이키지 아니하셨으니

      이는 므낫세가 그분을 자극하여 격노하게 한 모든 일들 때문이더라.

Notwithstanding the LORD turned not from the fierceness of his great wrath, wherewith his anger was kindled against Judah, because of all the provocations that Manasseh had provoked him withal. 

27. {주}께서 이르시되, 내가 이스라엘을 옮긴 것 같이 유다도 내 눈앞에서 옮기고 또 내가 택한 이 도시 예루살렘과

      그 집을 버리리니 이 집에 관하여는 전에 내가 이르기를, 내 이름을 거기에 두리라, 하였노라, 하셨더라.

And the LORD said, I will remove Judah also out of my sight, as I have removed Israel, and will cast off this city Jerusalem which I have chosen, and the house of which I said, My name shall be there.

28. 이제 요시야의 남은 행적과 그가 행한 모든 일은 유다 왕들의 연대기 책에 기록되어 있지 아니하냐?

Now the rest of the acts of Josiah, and all that he did, [are] they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?

29. 요시야 당시에 이집트 왕 파라오느고가 아시리아 왕을 치려고 유프라테스 강으로 올라갔으므로 요시야 왕이 그를

      치러 나갔는데 이집트 왕이 요시야를 본 뒤에 므깃도에서 그를 죽이므로

In his days Pharaohnechoh king of Egypt went up against the king of Assyria to the river Euphrates: and king Josiah went against him; and he slew him at Megiddo, when he had seen him.

30. 그의 신하들이 죽은 그를 병거에 싣고 므깃도에서부터 예루살렘으로 옮겨와 그의 돌무덤에 묻으매 그 땅의 백성이

      요시야의 아들 여호아하스를 데려다가 그에게 기름을 붓고 그의 아버지를 대신하여 왕으로 삼았더라.

And his servants carried him in a chariot dead from Megiddo, and brought him to Jerusalem, and buried him in his own sepulchre. And the people of the land took Jehoahaz the son of Josiah, and anointed him, and made him king in his fathers stead.

31. 여호아하스가 통치하기 시작할 때에 나이가 이십삼 세더라. 그가 예루살렘에서 석 달 동안 통치하니라.

      그의 어머니의 이름은 립나의 예레미야의 딸 하무달이더라.

Jehoahaz [was] twenty and three years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months in Jerusalem. And his mothers name [was] Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah. 

32. 여호아하스가 자기 조상들이 행한 모든 것에 따라 {주}의 눈앞에서 악한 것을 행하였더라.

And he did [that which was] evil in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his fathers had done.

33. 파라오느고가 그를 하맛 땅의 리블라에서 묶고 가두어 예루살렘에서 통치하지 못하게 하였고 또 그 땅으로 하여금

      은 백 달란트와 금 일 달란트를 공물로 바치게 하였으며

And Pharaohnechoh put him in bands at Riblah in the land of Hamath, that he might not reign in Jerusalem; and put the land to a tribute of an hundred talents of silver, and a talent of gold. 

34. 또 파라오느고가 요시야의 아들 엘리아김을 그의 아버지 요시야를 대신하여 왕으로 삼고는 그의 이름을 고쳐

      여호야김이라 하고 여호아하스는 잡아갔더니 그가 이집트로 가서 거기서 죽으니라.

And Pharaohnechoh made Eliakim the son of Josiah king in the room of Josiah his father, and turned his name to Jehoiakim, and took Jehoahaz away: and he came to Egypt, and died there.

35. 여호야김이 은과 금을 파라오에게 주니라. 그러나 그가 파라오의 명령대로 돈을 주기 위해 그 땅에 세금을

      부과하였으니 곧 그가 그 땅의 백성에게 은과 금을 강요하되 각 사람의 세금에 따라 모든 사람에게 강요하고

      그것을 파라오느고에게 주었더라.

And Jehoiakim gave the silver and the gold to Pharaoh; but he taxed the land to give the money according to the commandment of Pharaoh: he exacted the silver and the gold of the people of the land, of every one according to his taxation, to give [it] unto Pharaohnechoh.

36. 여호야김이 통치하기 시작할 때에 나이가 이십오 세더라. 그가 예루살렘에서 십일 년 동안 통치하니라.

      그의 어머니의 이름은 루마의 브다야의 딸 스부다더라.

Jehoiakim [was] twenty and five years old when he began to reign; and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And his mothers name [was] Zebudah, the daughter of Pedaiah of Rumah.

37. 여호야김이 자기 조상들이 행한 모든 것에 따라 {주}의 눈앞에서 악한 것을 행하였더라.

And he did [that which was] evil in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his fathers had done.
