첫댓글현재 베타메타손(덱사메타손)이 가장 많은 임상을 하고 있네요. 참고로, 저는 손부위에 베타메타손을 다니는 내과에서 처방받아 사용하고 있습니다. 왜냐면, 카탈라제 박사가 UVB+카탈라제+베타메타손 조합이 더욱 효과가 좋았다고 하더군요. 시험도 해볼겸 카탈라제 한달이상 구매 안하고 가끔 베타메타손 + UVB하고 있는데. 베타메타손같은 경우 양이 적어서 저같은 경우는 7-8회 발랐네요 ㅜㅜ 지금은 아무것도 안하고 UVB만 가끔(3-4일에한번) 하고 있습니다. 한가지 이점은 손부위 28분하던게 14분으로 줄어서 스트레스 좀 줄었습니다. 그런데 손가락에 색소가 보이네요
중국에 백반증 환자가 많죠.중국에 있는동안 많이 봤습니다.그것도 부위가 많은...그래서 아마 중국에서 많은 연구를 하나 봅니다.나도 중국에서 치료를하고 많이 나았습니다.이병이 면역성이 떨어지면 다시 재발병 합니다.아무런 치료를 안하고 햇빛만 받아도 검은 점들이 나옵니다.자가 면역병이라 본인의 마음 상태가 가장 중요하리라 생각됩니다.
햇빛만 받으면 치료 될수도 있으나(적외선치료도 임상중) 위험합니다. 햇빛에는 너무 많은 자외선이 포함되어있고, 자외선은 피부암 발병률을 높힙니다. 또한, 자외선은 몸에 축적되기에 바로 피부암 증상이 나타나지 않습니다. 짧게는 몇년 길게는 몇십년 걸려 나타나기도 합니다. 그래서 PUVA치료를 요즘 잘 하지 않습니다.

한가지 눈에 띄는게 있네요 simvastatin 고지혈증 치료제가 백반증 치료에 도움이 됬다는게 있네요 … 혹시 회원님들 중에 스타틴 계열 약 드시는 분계신가요?

@버리버려 흠 찾아 봤는데 아직 정리가 안 된듯합니다. 매사추세츠 대학병원에서 임상실험 2단계까지 나왔습니다. 13년 12월까지 했던거 같은데 … 지금까지 아무런 자료가 없는거 보니까… 실패한거 같기도 하고… 언젠가는 나오겠죠 ㅎㅎㅎ
